Welcome to our beautiful house in Porthleven. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


Staying here allows you access to the private garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. NEWLY ADDED AIR FRYER AND SLOW COOKER-The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a super king bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has just been modernised and is brand new and ensuite, it contains a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower as well as two large mirrors.The second bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.

Great location

Beautiful house, fantastic views. Easy short walk down to the beach and town. Jeff the owner was great with communication. Town of Porthleven is lovely and a good amount of restaurants close by.

Thé house and its beautiful surroundings was perfect for our family reunion! Thé rooms were very spacious and clean. Each bedroom had a seaview. We came with 3 cars and could park without any problem. It was wonderful being able to stroll to thé sea . Thanks to thé host for thé use of his beautiful house

Great location and view

Even though the weather was shocking, watching the waves from the window was amazing. When we got there the house was very tidy and a lot bigger then the pictures suggested

Excellent location, parking and beautiful sea views

Sunnybank is a lovely spacious house in super location within easy walk of fabulous Porthleven and the wonderful cliff walk. It is very comfortable but the linen and bathrooms are tired with problems with shower door. However, it was very clean and a great base for a holiday at Porthleven.
