It is located between Béziers (14 km), old Cathar town famous for its rugby and feria and Pézenas (14 km), already famous town of Molière. Coulobres is close to the beaches, 29 km from Valras-Plage and 40 km from Cap d’Agde. It is also 20 km from the famous Gorges d’Héric and not far away from the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park and the Salagou Lake. You will enjoy the beach, hiking and biking but also the comfort of a large recent 400 m² fully fenced villa on 3 floors designed for your entertainment and well-being. In this way, you will enjoy a 52 m² pool with steps for your safety, its 30 m² deck with sunlounger to relax, a large 60 m² terrace with table and 4 chairs for your meals and relaxing times, a basketball net, a badminton set, a large barbecue for grilled meats and an adjacent boules pitch. If it is too hot, you can sit around the olive tree or on the small terrace unless you prefer the sunrays and sit on the fully fenced upstairs solarium. Inside, a big 60 m² living space with 4 dining tables will welcome you to watch the satellite channels on the sofas and the armchairs or to go on the Internet. There is a large fully fitted kitchen to prepare your meals. The 7 spacious bedrooms are 12 m² to 35 m². They are equipped with 160 cm, 140 cm or 90 cm beds. They can be installed according to your requirements in order to better meet the needs of the guests. There are 4 bathrooms with shower or bath close to the bedrooms and 4 toilets spread over the 3 floors. Finally, there is a large 60 m² sports room equipped with many exercise, fitness and cardio machines as well as a television to stay in shape. A table tennis table is also at your disposal as well as a play area for children. And if aquatic games, sports and relaxation are not enough, a bike park is at your disposal. A guide is available during your bike rides or hikes. Maximum capacity is 20. Rate: € 1200 to € 2500 per week. Week-ends and short stays from € 950 to € 1100. Sheet rate: € 150 (optional). Cleaning rate: € 150. Booking: 40 % (deposit) and balance before the stay. Security deposit: € 1000 cheque. Sheets and cleaning included in the rental rate. Baby set at your disposal. Regards.
