Family friendly 3 bedroom villa located in the Valbonne hills amongst centenary olive and oleander trees in a vast green garden and a 15m pool.
The villa is located in the same property as the family of the owner of the two villas. The parking space, garden, and the pool is shared amongst the two villas. The vast garden separates the two villas and the family residing in the facing villa is a small family with an italian-french child a female shepard dog and a cute three legged cat.

Empfehlenswert

Leider wohnt neben dem vermieteten Haus Verwandtschaft vom Vermieter. Die Leute sind zwar nett und rücksichtsvoll, jedoch ist man nicht alleine auf dem Anwesen. Ein junger Hund ist seit Neuestem auch bei den Nachbarn. Dieser ist brav, aber nicht jedermanns Sache. Haus aber trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Great quiet location, lovely rustic villa and pool. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for commuting. Will definitely go again!!

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréable! La maison est magnifique, la piscine est superbe et spacieuse. La petite famille est très gentille ! Acceuil chaleureux et simple. Tous est as proximité et facile d accès. Je recommande fortement !

Séjour en Famille. 6 adultes. Maison non conforme à l'annonce !

Villa typique de la région. belle piscine, bien située au calme.. Malheureusement les atouts s'arrêtent là. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur : les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas conformes au réel, le salon se résume à un canapé et une TV qui ne fonctionne pas, aucun rideau au fenêtre, rien à voir avec le salon cosi en photo. Les lits ne sont pas ceux de la photo de l'annonce. L'équipement de la maison est réduit au strict minimum, la cuisine est hors d'âge avec une vieille gaziniere qui marche mal, porte de four cassée, pas de cafetière, vieux micro onde ... remisé à la cave. La vaisselle est insuffisante obligeant à faire une machine à chaque repas, pas de bol, 8 couverts pour 6 pers. Les odeurs d'égouts sont omniprésentes, la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas. Bref cette maison a besoin de rénovation et l'équipement ne correspond pas au descriptif. La piscine n'est pas dotée d'alarme ou protection, risque de noyade pour les enfants, piscine commune avec les voisins et non privée. Enfin passage régulier de la propriétaire...ou d'entreprises pour effectuer des devis, peu soucieuse de la quiétude de ses locataires. Grande déception rapport qualité/prix. A éviter annonce mensongère
