Charming stay at Cote d'zur

Wonderfull place. Clean and very well equipped, outside as inside. Spacious outdoor terrasse with sunbeds and eating area, so no need for beach every day😎.

Relaxed in luxury

Our 3 week trip to Europe with our kids wouldn’t have been near as wonderful if we hadn’t stayed here! Everything you could think of, Nicole has it at the house. From the comfy beds and linens to the stunning views, to the charming details all around the property, it was unforgettable! This part of the world is truly a treasure. We rented a car which was helpful and there is so much to explore around here! If we are ever lucky enough to go on another trip like this I would love to come back here - it was perfect. The owner is very easy to work with and friendly.

Perfect location to access all this region has to offer

A short drive to the beaches of Antibes, a few minutes to Nice, the flower market and the Chagall Museum. A few more to Villefranche sur-Mer. Eze, Cannes and Monaco are 30 minutes away. And an easy drive to San Tropez at just 1 1/2 hours. Well worth it! And the town of Cagnes-sur-Mer has all you need. Beaches( pebble) food, grocery stores ( Casino Hyper Frais). The bakery Art Et Gourmandises is so good-fresh, delicious, and the owner is friendly and kind, tolerating my rudimentary French. Nicole is lovely. She gave us a detailed tour of the home and all the little intricacies that make it a home. A great coffee maker. All the kitchen utensils you could ever want. TV with unlimited channels/cable. A view to die for. A full patio with chairs, lounges, tables, etc. I do wish the pool was heated. Highly recommended.

Not for young children

The pool was lovely, kitchen equipment very good. Steps to villa, dangerous, sheer drop on one side, we had a 4 year old with us, we made sure he was safe but if a child ventured on their own, would be very dangerous. Walk to town was too long for small children and we as grand parents struggled even though we are quite fit, it was like climbing a mountain. Beach towels were lovely but towels to shower were very poor, new ones with more substance needed. Lots of glass ornaments in lounge not safe for young kids, fortunately our grandson knew not to touch and no damage was done but place needs declutterred. Nicola tried to charge us for electricity outwith VRBO, we knew this was not right and had to contact company who told us do not pay her, I hate being negative but we have used VRBO many many times and this just was not the standard we expected.

Huset hade hÀrligt generösa & vackra ytor. Underbar utsikt. Bra för familj med flera rum som ÀndÄ lÄg avskilt med egen toalett & dusch + pentry/ möjlighet att fixa kaffe & te. VÀrden var mycket vÀnlig & hjÀlpsam med allt & lÀtt att fÄ tag pÄ vid frÄgor. Bilderna i annonsen stÀmmer helt överens med hur fint allting var.

Assez loin d'ĂȘtre idyllique...

Gros problĂšme dĂšs le dĂ©part, le jardin n'est pas clĂŽturĂ© et le parking n'est pas privatif, des Ă©trangers Ă  la location empruntent donc les escaliers ce qui fait que les animaux ne peuvent ĂȘtre laissĂ©s en libertĂ© ! Location propre mais nous avons quand mĂȘme trouvĂ© dans un des frigos des vivres pĂ©rimĂ©s et moisis. Il faut passer d'une chambre Ă  l'autre par la premiĂšre ce qui est ennuyant. La machinerie de la piscine est logĂ©e dans le placard d'une chambre ! sieste Ă©videmment exclue... En fait il s'agit de deux appartements et la terrasse de celui du dessus n'a que six chaises et , quand il pleut, comment faire pour diner tous ensemble? (8 personnes pour rappel)... ExtrĂȘmement déçus donc de cette location d'autant plus que le mĂ©nage compris ne l'est pas vraiment puisque la propriĂ©taire nous a fait remarquer des poils de chien (admis) qui Ă©taient sur le sol . De plus le linge de bain est composĂ© de minuscules serviettes de douche et les sdb ont un sol dangereux mais sans anti dĂ©rapant . En rĂ©sumĂ© expĂ©rience malheureuse malgrĂ© des commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents semblant apprĂ©cier la location.

Superbe ! Comme Ă  la maison en mieux!

TrÚs belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, absolument rien ne manque tout est parfait. La piscine est trÚs trÚs agréable et la terrasse immense, les lits sont confortables à souhait et la climatisation est un vrai plus. Un paradis, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci à Nicole pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité ;-)

Superbes vacances Ă  Cagnes sur mer

Magnifique double appartement suffisamment grand pour un couple avec 6 enfants. TrĂšs belle vue sur le chĂąteau Grimaldi et vers la mer. Piscine convenant trĂšs bien aux enfants et trĂšs bien entretenue. Un tout grand merci pour l'accueil et pour le confort.

traumhafte Luxusvilla in perfekter Lage

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Luxusvilla verbracht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet; man kann auf der riesigen Sonnenterasse den herrlichen Blick auf die Berge im Hinterland und auch auf die KĂŒste genießen. Alle Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in KĂŒrze zu erreichen. Den wunderschönen Pool konnten wir wegen der Außentemperaturen in unserer Woche leider nicht nutzen. Alles war perfekt sauber. Die Ausstattung ist auf höchstem Niveau und es fehlte absolut nichts! Wir waren beinahe traurig, dass wir tĂ€glich unterwegs waren und das Domizil nur wenige Stunden am Tag genießen konnten. Wir haben in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrfach FerienhĂ€user in den unterschiedlichsten Regionen Frankreichs angemietet - diese Villa war die zweifellos die beste Unterkunft! Einen weiteren Urlaub in dieser Region wĂŒrden wir gerne wieder in der Villa von Madame Fossat verbringen!!!

MAGNIFIQUE VILLA !

Quelle magnifique villa ! Tout est beau, la dĂ©coration, le jardin, et la piscine avec sa cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les literies sont trĂšs confortables avec du beau linge de bonne qualitĂ©. La vue de la terrasse est Ă©poustouflante, sans aucun vis Ă  vis, on peut voir jusqu'au cap d'Antibes, la charmante propriĂ©taire a eu la bonne idĂ©e d'y laisser une longue vue pour admirer le paysage
 La situation gĂ©ographique est parfaite, Ă  10 minutes Ă  pieds du centre ville et du charmant village mĂ©diĂ©val avec de bons restaurants. Nous avons pris le train pour visiter Monaco, trĂšs pratique nous y Ă©tions en 20 minutes. En passant par le marchĂ© local, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© d'aller Ă  pieds au bord de mer tous les matins, principalement au petit port, pour acheter du poisson fraichement pĂȘchĂ©, un vrai bonheur
 Jolie location, Ă  conseiller sans restriction
 Nous reviendrons cet Ă©tĂ© pour profiter de la piscine.

LOCATION EN FAMILLE

IdĂ©al pour tous Notre sĂ©jour de trois jours retrouvailles (familles du nord et du midi)trĂšs agrĂ©able dans une villa super Ă©quipĂ©e (comme Ă  la maison voir mieux surtout la cuisine avec tous les petits dĂ©tails mais en plus grand). La propriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique qui nous a reçu avec un gĂąteau qu'elle a elle-mĂȘme prĂ©parĂ©. Merci pour cette intention. Tout est beau, piscine, plantes, coin barbecue, trĂšs grande terrasse. La vue sur la ville, et ses envions sont magnifique et bleufantes. Location qui peut convenir Ă  ceux qui aiment le calme le dĂ©paysement et Ă  ceux qui aiment visiter (bien situĂ©e non loin du centre ville Ă  pieds). La description de l'annonce correspond bien Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Logement bien entretenu et propre avec de trĂšs bonnes literie. Cette location est Ă  recommander absolument pour ceux qui veulent visiter la CĂŽte d'Azur et passer un bon moment en famille. Nous ne regrettons pas notre sĂ©jour malgrĂ© une journĂ©e de pluie.
