This family property is a traditional and charming rustic country home, with open and breathtaking views over verdant countryside, the Tiber Valley and Apennine Mountains. The property offers guests a peaceful atmosphere and promises a special retreat in Central Umbria and close to bordering counties of Tuscany and Le Marche. The property, which is beautifully decorated and equipped to a high standard is surrounded by woodland and open countryside which encompasses magnificent rolling hills and Mountain View’s.

There are three beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms all with their own shower rooms.. The entrance hall of house leads you into a spacious lounge dining area, with beamed ceiling and a beautiful dining table with seating for 6 guests.. There is a beautiful leather sofa, soft furnishings and warm and welcoming wall colouring and curtains.

The property is very private and has large gardens.

This beautiful property that has been owned by this Italian family for more than 50 years.. The owner called Nicoletta together with her Husband Paolo have lovingly over the last couple of years modernized the house completely with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and furnishings. You will see from the photographs and the location map, that the property is very private with large gardens, with breathtaking views over open countryside. I met Nicoletta and Paolo last September via a friend, and they asked me to help them in renting the property..

In addition, to the rental of the property, we can organize cooking courses either at home or in local locations.. Also, if guests would the owners to organize lunches or dinners for guests to enjoy in the gardens of the property, then we would need just to have an idea of your needs and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs and to ensure that your holidays be better than you could possibly imagine.

The property is in a beautiful location in the middle of open countryside, but then is with a reasonably close distance to local villages and towns.. It is in an area that is perfect for those who have the passion for walking and cycling. The road to the property is not difficult to negotiate and is a road maintained by the Local Council. The property is in a great location to visit all the beautiful medieval towns and cities that has Umbria has to offer, such as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Orvieto and Spoleto to name only a few.. The Tuscan border is close by and a Florence, Siena and Cortona are also within commutable distances.. The beauty of Lake Trasimeno is only a 30 minute drive away. A car will be be necessary, but public transport to Rome and Florence is exceptional.. Airports to consider for arriving in Italy are within easy to travel to the property from are Perugia, Rome, Florence, Pisa, Bologna and Ancona.
