Apartment in villa with a stunning views of Assisi and the Umbrian valley

The Caprareccia cottage with its splendid view of Assisi and Perugia offers accommodation in two independent apartments, each with 3 bedrooms.

The apartment measuring over 1600 sq. feet, retreat from the gardens through the glass doors into the spacious living room to rest by the cozy fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a table that seats up to eight people for family dinners made in your fully equipped kitchen. One of the three bedrooms is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible where a double bed and ensuite bathroom ensure a peaceful night's rest. The second floor features two large bedrooms including private baths to please the whole family.

Built at the turn of the 20th century, the Caprareccia is a sandstone traditional country house where you can enjoy a breath-taking view over the Umbrian valley. The farmhouse is divided in two spacious separate apartments, the Blue and the Green apartment. It is possible to rent like a unique villa with pool, or like two separate apartments, in this case you have to share the pool with the guests of the other apartment. The all farmhouse can guest up to 14 people.
Nestled among gardens and olive trees, both apartments have their own gazebo for outdoor dining and barbecues where you may catch a glimpse of colorful pheasants roaming through the garden as the sun begins to set. A few steps from the house, there is a swimming pool to enjoy those beautiful summer days.
