If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in an environment equipped with every comfort, Villa Marghi is the ideal location for your holidays. A large garden with a romantic view of Lake Trasimeno, from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and spend pleasant summer evenings; a splendid panoramic terrace to enjoy excellent outdoor dinners and spend pleasant moments of relaxation; an original swimming pool with a large equipped solarium. Equally charming and comfortable, the interior of the Villa furnished with contemporary taste that enhances materials and original elements: the typical Serena stone and the ancient restored doors alternate with pieces of design, while the bright white walls give a relaxing atmosphere to all environments . The Villa, which also maintains a cool temperature in the summer, is equipped with all modern comforts. On the ground floor, the large, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room, featuring large windows overlooking the lake. The living room, comfortable and essential, has a fireplace, a TV corner and a fitness area. Four comfortable double rooms share 3 state-of-the-art bathrooms, a laundry room and a beautiful view of the garden. Among the rooms, the glass suite is distinguished by the striking ceiling and the large glass wall that separates it from the adjacent bathroom with tub. The cellar is also beautiful and particular, in which Margherita holds the best selection of local wines. The garden, terraced and surrounded by olive trees, is rich in bushes and varied choice of aromatic plants. Equipped with 8 sun loungers, the original swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests offers a breathtaking view of the lake and is surrounded by a 200 m2 fully paved sun terrace. At Villa Marghi it will be easy to feel enveloped in unforgettable atmospheres. The changing colors of the lake with its evocative sunsets; the green hills, the tranquility of the surrounding environment will make you spend moments of absolute relaxation!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay. Nice location and the house was as expected. Absolut friendly house owner. (greetings to Margarita) House dog Artu takes care of us and our kids loved him. We had a lot of fun there. A place to visit a second time.

Stay in a nice stone house with a beautiful view of the lake

We enjoyed a very pleasant two weeks in Villa Marghi together with our dog. Villa Marghi is situated in a unique location and the view to the lake, Lago di Trasimeno, is incredible especially at sunset. Being an ideal starting point to visit the close areas of well-known olive oil producers and wineyards as well as cultural locations in Umbria and Tuscany. The property is very spacious and equipped with nice furniture. The infinity pool is great and the area around it is a perfect place for relaxing. Thank you to Margarita, the owner of Villa Marghi, to be on standby for addressability in case of assistance needed and the opportunity to spend a restful holiday in Villa Marghi.
