Direct Beach Front - Pool Home - 6 Bedrooms - 4.5 Baths - Newly Built

This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors. Please note that no pets are not allowed at this property with no exception.

The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars.

The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation.
On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.
The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.
There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our Blue Horizons Villa.

Paradise!!!

Perfect vacation home for our family!! Plenty of space for our group of 13. The home was extremely clean and had all of the “extras” to make for a fun week on the beach! The area is full of great restaurants and other activities. It was voted “Best Rental House” unanimously by our family! Can’t wait to go back!!

Exquisite from sunset to service!!

Just bring yourselves, loved ones, lounge clothes, and bathing suits. Everything you need is in the house from extra bath towels to beach chairs. You can catch the breathtaking sunset every night from the beach, the private pool, or your bedroom balcony. So vivid and beautiful!!

It was perfect for our size family. Kitchen has ample cooking and serving supplies for large group and bedding, etc was excellent. I mentioned a few items to management company and response was very good. The children loved it! We had two large SUVs and both easily fit in garage. Evenings on the deck were spectacularly.

Great 50th anniversary

The house very clean upon arrival. It is bigger than the pictures on-line made it appear. It suited our family wonderfully. It was closer to the ocean than we thought it would be. The pool was great and I think our youngest grandson is still water logged. Overall, it couldn’t have been better for our family to get together. Thank you!

Private little getaway

We had an amazing time at Blue Horizon! We especially loved the immediate beach front access and privacy! The beach is just incredible! Gorgeous views, spacious living areas, cozy beds, and so many amenities! The kids loved playing in the pool and adults loved lounging by it too! So many extras included that are not immediately listed, so if you forget to pack it, they likely have it! Tons of beach chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas etc. Many things tucked away for infants and children with helps tremendously as well! We did have to contact mangers and they were quick to reply and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again! Easy access to restaurants and off street garage parking. We loved this little slice of paradise! Can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING!!!!!

This was the most perfect beach house we could ever have asked for. We had two families and our kids staying at the house, and we just loved it! So much so we have already booked to come again later in 2017. The house was laid out perfectly (make sure you can grab the master bedroom its to die for) and all of our party had a good time. The views from the balconies were unbeatable. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner out there. The webber grill was outstanding, and we cooked on that most nights, only leaving the house a handful of times in the week. We paid the extra deposit for the paddle boards and kayaks and had so much fun! Cant wait to go back again soon....thanks for all your help!

Family beach house vacation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic beach house in Indian Shores, Florida with my extended family of 14, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The property exceeded all our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the location was perfect. Situated right on the beach, we enjoyed easy access to the sand and surf, with breathtaking ocean views right from the pati. The beach was clean and not overly crowded, making it ideal for our group to relax and have fun. The house itself was spacious and beautifully designed, accommodating our large family comfortably. Each of the six bedrooms was tastefully decorated and came with its own bathroom ensuring privacy and convenience. The open-plan living and dining areas were perfect for our group gatherings, and the fully-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals together. Outdoor amenities were also impressive. The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with both the kids and adults. We spent many evenings enjoying the outdoor dining area, complete with a grill and ample seating. The beachfront patio was an added bonus, where we watched stunning sunsets. The property was well-maintained, and the management team was attentive and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and they were quick to address any questions we had during our stay. Overall, this beach house in Indian Shores was the perfect setting for our family vacation.

This is a beautiful house and it was represented correctly. Beautiful beach and area. The pool was a perfect alternative to the gulf and good shaded areas when you needed out of the sun. You can’t beat the views . The kitchen was well equipped and surprisingly well stocked.

Our best Florida beach house experience so far!

Everything you could ask for in a beach house on the Florida gulf...and more! Our family of 8 rented this gorgeous, clean home right on the Indian Shores beach. We were sad to leave after one week it was so good. Endless soft white beach. Beautiful, warm water. Striking sunsets that brought people to line the beach in droves.Some of the distinguishing features: --a powder room in the garage near the pool. Kept the house cleaner and drier. So convenient. --a massive, clean garage--a paved pool deck--dining, living and beach chair capacity that matches the capacity of the home. It's one of the few homes we researched that has a dining room table for 10 and a sectional that comfortable fit 10. The outdoor dining table on the 2nd-floor balcony seated 8. There were at least 7 lounge chairs for the pool area. --generous provisions. Beach chairs, paddle board, kayak, skim boards, coolers. 14 beach towels. Hotel-like sundries in the bathrooms. Kitchen supplies. A 'pay it forward' bar. Suntan lotions. Be sure to ask the owners what it is provided, it will save you on groceries and maybe even a checked bag!The property is very close to Gulf Blvd, which can be busy.The property manager could: ensure that everything is working after each rental (batteries for remotes & garage opener); provide consistent info about when check-in instructions are provided (esp. for guests arriving after dark) and current Wifi info; & include user manuals for all appliances, TVs, and the elevator

A Piece of Paradise

We had 8 people (two families) stay at the house including two 86 year olds. The elevator was so useful for our seniors and for luggage. The house is just beautiful. The nightly sunset view was amazing, so much so that we worked dinner reservations around it. The pool and beach access were perfect. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a piece of paradise for a week.
