Modern, newly renovated apartment located in the heart of El Arenal, one of the best areas in Seville’s city center. Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people.

Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this bright apartment offers natural light in every room. The spacious living room is furnished with high-quality pieces and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m). The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). The independent bathroom is large and features an easy-access walk-in shower.

Set on the quiet Calle Velarde in the Arenal neighborhood, the apartment is just a short walk from Seville’s main landmarks: the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Maestranza Bullring, the Torre del Oro, and the Archivo de Indias. The surrounding area offers a wide range of supermarkets, small shops, and some of the city’s best restaurants and tapas bars.

The apartment is very nice, just like in the photographs. We liked the location - within walking distance of most cultural sites. This apartment is operated by a hospitality company and they have a rigorous process to ensure that the place is clean and ready for guests - after the cleaners finish another person comes to check that everything is as it should be. A representative checks you in and explains everything including how to use the fancy appliances.

Nice and clean apartment

Well located, nice and clean apartment. We were greeted in a friendly matter by the host company. The place had several practical accessories in the kitchen. Both bedrooms had decent dimensions.
