Très bel appartement mais attention au parking
La vue magnifique depuis le balcon
L'entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine
La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du concierge
Le mobilier sur le balcon commence à présenter des signes d'usure (chaises fendillées)
Un ventilateur de plafond dans la pièce de vie serait le bienvenu
Le parking est devenu un gros problème lorsqu'il y a du monde dans l'immeuble puisque certaines personnes ne respectent pas le règlement intérieur en faisant stationner deux véhicules par appartement, ce qui sature complètement le parking. Les gens se garent même au milieu des allées et vous ne pouvez plus du tout sortir de votre place... Par exemple le jour de notre départ à quatre heures du matin, nous étions bloqués par deux véhicules.
