la situation de cet appartement en première ligne de mer
ainsi que sa proximité des commerces.
l'idéal serait d'avoir un store banne sur la terrasse pour pouvoir déjeuner et en profiter le matin sans subir le plein ensoleillement.
La grande baie vitrée de la terrasse ne se ferme pas bien ce qui entraîne de nombreux courants d'air.

LIDER 10B.
emplacement avec vue imprenable sur la baie de cullera pour tout appartement de ce batiment.les prestations du LIDER(piscine,tennis,jeu…)sont au top.
pour cet appartement il manque les stores pare soleil sur le balcon. C'est le seul problème .

L'emplacement idéal pour le séjour tant pour la vue sur la mer que l'accessibilité à la plage. La situation près des commerces et des restaurants.
Le nettoyage en particulier la salle de bains. La vaisselle et le matériel (absence de casseroles, de poubelles cuisine et salle des bains et accessoires sommaires et vétustes) sont insuffisants pour cuisiner même si Alquitur a répondu rapidement à nos besoins pour nous dépanner.
