Very nice home! Better and bigger than pictures even show. Very neat and clean and property manager Grace is so easy and kind to work with. We did have the pool heated and it worked amazing including the hot tub. Appreciated the already blown up pool toys too, ready to go. Bath and pool towels, so soft...little extra touches like this throughout the house. Also used the fire chat and fire table and loved that in the cooler evenings. Extra refrigerator in garage is super helpful too! TV in main downstairs room is huge!We did not have any wait time at the gate ever...saw that in another review. Also, only 37 (for up to 12 guests) to have access to the resort gym and pool for the week. We didn't use the resort pool bc the home outside area is soooo nice and large, but did use the resort gym and it is well equipped. (There is a treadmill and gym system in the garage too. )Would highly recommend Grace's place! :)

Week in Davenport

We spent 6 night with two other families. We were in town for our son's college baseball games, so we didn't do the theme parks. Great location, easy to get to the fields. Traffic to leave and enter the development and i4 is always a mess, but none of that is the responsibility of the owner. The house was exactly what we needed, the house combined with the outdoor space made for a fantastic week. The owner was very responsive to our questions, I would 100% rent this home again. Thank you for a great trip!!

The home was absolutely beautiful. It fit my family of 14 very well( 7 kids 7 adults) Very clean both inside the home and the pool and spa area as well. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and cookwear that we did not even have to use what we brought from home. The pictures online are true to value but its absolutely beautiful in person which i also was able to create some content for my tiktok travel page as well. I was truly shocked that i did not even see one ant or bug as I've experienced with other VRBO rentals. The host was quick to respond as well to any questions that we may have had. The driveway can fit about three cars comfortably. We had two large SUVs and a smaller Honda HRV...there is additional parking but i would advise to park that car thats not used alot there as at nightime due to other property guest coming in from the theme parks etc extra parking fills up quickly.I definitely plan on returning. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and worth every dollar lol.
