Independent villa immersed in the Mediterranean scrub just a few kilometers from the sea.
The house is located in LU COLBU, municipality of Trinità D'Agultu and Vignola, exactly in the stretch of road between Vignola Mare and Costa Paradiso. Part of a detached house on the ground floor, with two double bedrooms equipped with wardrobes, a large living room with kitchen area, veranda and plenty of outdoor space. It is just 3.5 km from the nearest beach, Cala Sarraina. Surrounded by the evocative Mediterranean scrub, the house is inside a large property where medicinal plants and saffron are cultivated. The right location for a holiday of relaxation, silence and contact with nature. Excellent location, just a few km from the sea and from Vignola Mare and Costa Paradiso where you can find restaurants, bars and markets. The owner stays in the dependance at the back of the house so it is available to guests for the reception as well as for every request or requirement.
