War eine schöne Zeit. Außendusche war noch ein wenig im Winterschlaf. Gartenmöbel leiden halt unter den Klimabedingungen. Innen war alles perfekt. Sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Ferien auf Sardinien

Ganz tolle Ferien auf Sardinien. Das Ferienhaus war super topp gepflegt und 1A sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kann man zu 100%empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Sergio.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub; schönes ruhiges Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen ein Balkon mit Schatten zum Frühstücken, einen Grillplatz hinterm Haus, ein kleines Tischchen mit zwei Stühlen vor dem Haus, zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Bilder sind nicht mehr total aktuell, sondern ca. 5 Jahre alt (Neuzustand). Die Einrichtung ist so, wie abgebildet. Das Sonnendach auf der Terrasse existiert leider nicht mehr, aber der Vermieter hat versucht, mit einem Sonnensegel für Schatten zu sorgen. Der Vermieter war für die Behebung von kleineren Problemen auch immer sofort per Mail erreichbar. Wir haben keinen deutschen Fernsehsender einrichten können - vielleicht wäre dies aber sogar möglich. Waschmaschine, Toaster, Espresso-Kapselmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern, Geschirrtücher waren wie beschrieben vorhanden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Im Ort ist ein kleiner Supermarkt; der Ort a selbst ist nicht besonders ansprechend, aber in der näheren Umgebung findet man alles, was man evtl. benötigt. Die Strände in nächster Umgebung (Kfz erforderlich) sind wirklich sehr schön und sehr unterschiedlich, so dass jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen finden kann. Für einen Sommerurlaub sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein Urlaubstraum!

Wir haben im Januar '18 das Ferienhaus für August'18 bei Sergio und Stefania angefragt. Die Buchung wurde innerhalb 2 Std akzeptiert! Es fand von Anfang an ein reibungsloser und netter Kontakt statt. Wir sind Mittwoch vormittags in La Muddizzia angereist, und durften vor Check-In unser Gepäck im Haus abstellen. Wir wurden freundlich und persönlich von Sergio und Stefania empfangen. Das Haus und Garten wurde uns genauestens gezeigt und erklärt. Es fehlte an nichts!!! Zur Wohnung: Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt , und beschrieben. Sogar noch viel besser! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind in einem guten Zustand, und waren mit frischer Wäsche bezogen. Wir bekamen sogar ein kleines Kinderbettchen für unseren 2 Jährige Sohn kostenfrei beigestellt. Handtücher, Strandtücher und sonstiges Strandzubehör wurde ebenfalls bereit gestellt! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man Brauch, es fehlte an nichts. Die Garten Küche und der Garten sind ein traum. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand! Um das Haus rum bei Tag und Nacht war es sehr ruhig und man konnte entspannt schlafen. Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall Sergio und Stefania wieder besuchen! 😊 Vielen lieben dank nochmal euch zweien 😘 Viele liebe Grüsse Marcus, Melanie, Fenja, Alissia und Tino

conforme à l'annonce , confortable

Dès notre arrivée , nous avons été accueilli par Manuella qui malgré la barrière de la langue a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce , propre et agréable. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et la terrasse extérieur très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation la maison de Sergio et Stefania .
