Stunning Rural Country Villa with mountain views set in 6 acres of private land

Beautiful detached country property set in 6 acres of private land between Archidona and Villanueva del Rosario. Ideal location only a 10 minute drive to either Rosario or Trabuco where you will find a host of good restaurants, cafes,shops and banks. The property has a spacious living room, dining room and a separate fully fitted kitchen, within the kitchen is a pantry room which houses the washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a large conservatory with another dining area and doors which open front and sides to take in the beautiful views.
Downstairs is a double or twin bedroom with a shower room/toilet next door.
Upstairs are two well appointed bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an en suite with double sink and bath and shower tap. There is also a balcony to sit and enjoy the fabulous uninterrupted views. A room leads off from the master where there is a single bed and can fit a travel cot (supplied). This room is ideal for young children and babies.

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION 💗
We want to thank Nadine for her hospitality. It was great experience. House is located so conviently so you can easily travel to any direction maximum 1 hour drive from the house. You can explore many cities around. House itself is great. Nadine has everything under control, meaning everything you need is there. House is worm, very very very cozy. Many beds and everything you need is there . Our weather was rainy and still cold, so we couldn't enjoy the pool and outside. But she even welcomed us with wine which was so sweet. We absolutely enjoyed the staying. Nature around is so beautiful so we enjoyed the view. So many pictures we took. Its really beautiful place to be there. I would recommend this place. I am sure everyone will enjoy this house as we did. Again , Thank you Nadine very much for your being and sharing your house with us. We loved it. 💗💗💗

Wonderful getaway
We really enjoyed our week's stay at Casa de los Sueños. It is a beautiful home hidden in the hills nearish Antequera. It's fully equipped with lots of space for an ideal escape, including a large patio surrounding the house as well as a lovely outdoor pool and garden. We really enjoyed sitting outdoors in a shady patio table relaxing. We also took some day trips to Cordoba, Granada, and Malaga as the house is ideally situated to visit all of those other cities. Finally, i must add that the host, Nadine, was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Both she and the rental are gems.

Wie schon im letzten Jahr verbrachten wir 2 Wochen in der Villa. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir überaus angenehm überrascht, wie gepflegt und ansprechend uns das Anwesen empfing. Das Haus war frisch gestrichen und die Grünanlagen, der Pool und das Interieur waren von Jero a la bonheur gepflegt und heraus geputzt. Man merkt sofort, dass die Eigentümer sehr bestrebt sind, den Wert des Anwesens zu erhalten und zu steigern. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub zusammen mit unserem Labrador Camus wieder voll genießen konnten. Nach Möglichkeit würden wir auch ein 3. Mal gerne wiederkommen Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa ohne Abstriche nur empfehlen.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay
Fantastic villa in a very special setting. The rural road is a bit tricky at first, but well worth the effort. We used the villa as a home base for exploring Andalusia and were always excited to head back for evenings on the terrace.

Why they chose this property

Peace and tranquility, the beauty of the mountains and olive groves. Fabulous sunrise and sunset. Lots of outdoor space. Rural but with a 10 to 12 minute drive from town.

You have privacy and 6 acres all to yourself. There are lots of walking/cycling tracks right on your doorstep
