About this property

Luxury holiday villa with private swimming pool in a beautiful, peaceful setting

Villa las Golondrinas is located in a quiet picturesque village with 170 inhabitants. Within walking distance of local shops, cafes and restaurant. Located in an urbanization of high quality.

The property is fully fenced and only accessible through the gate with intercom. From the villa you have a wonderful view from the terrace on the lake of La Vinuella and the sea in the distance. Malaga is located at a distance of 55 kilometers, an hour's drive. If you choose the shortest route to the beach, drive to Torre del Mar, at a distance of 30 Km. The beautiful lake of La Vinuella 'is less than a fifteen minute drive.

With us all luxury included in the price.

There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge with dining room, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace for breakfast with a lovely view. Space for six people and two cots are at your disposal. Watch TV via satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Aircon hot or cold is provided in all areas. For the colder winter months, the lounge features a fireplace, free wood.

Of course you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool of 5 to 9 meters with outdoor shower to cool off during the hot summers. Enjoy also our beautifully manicured garden. Very spacious terrace around the pool with sun loungers and parasols.
A garage and parking for the villa is also available.

The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, all electrical devices fitted in the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee etc ...
Also there is an outdoor barbeque available for you for an intimate dinner or a tasty feast with friends. Toys for the pool for your children is also provided. A washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment is also available.

lovely vacation

Great place, quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a holiday in peace and quiet, then this is delicious. Lovely house, lovely pool with a good terrace with a formidable view. Only wish is a slightly shorter distance to the grocery store.

Beautiful villa

I stayed in this villa with my wife and 2 teenage daughters, the villa is beautiful in a rural setting with views that are out of this world. The pool was a relief from the heat and a good size. Johan and ingrid where helpful when we had questions, I would highly recommend this villa for a restful holiday.

Great house, magnificent view

Nice house that gives good value for money. The owner is super nice to communicate with and helps with everything. If you are into wine and barbecue in fantastic surroundings, choose this house.

Peace and quiet

Everything was perfect from start to finish . Villa accurately described in listing. Great communication from start to finish with owners. Villa is located in a mountain village aabout a 50 min drive from malaga so rural and peaceful but within driving distance of anywhere you may want to visit. There is a village shop and a little bar/restaurant in the village. I m almost certain we will be returning !

A wonderful retreat from the madness of modern life

Beautiful property. Stunning, stylish, comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Swimming pool super clean and offers a good length to swim. Lots of room around pool and 6 loungers. Pool got sun all day. Had a couple of barbecues in the evening. Villa spotless. Little local bar 3 mins walking distance with restaurant at the back which did typical Spanish food. Tiny shop next to bar didn’t seem to close and had all the essentials. Just say to the woman the night before if you want fresh bread. Check in seamless. A quiet wee hamlet close to lots of little villages, and mountain drives. Only an hour drive back down to Malaga if you fancy something a bit busier. A wonderful, stress free holiday!!

wunderbarer Urlaubsort

Die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die Tage am Pool sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Johan lief problemlos. Wir bekamen vn ihm sogar die wichtigen Google-Streetview-Bilder als Hinweise. Die habe ich mir sonst selbst besorgen müssen. Die alpine Anfahrtstrecke sorgt dafür, dass es nicht zu viele Ausflüge werden. Wir waren in Sevilla, Granada und - besonderer Tipp - Antequera (Wolfspark und prähistorische Dolmen, immerhin Weltkulturerbe!). Auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Oktober ist wohl die beste Reisezeit. Wunderschöne Villa in den Bergen

Wir haben eine Woche in tollen Villa las Golondrias verbracht. Die Villa hat gehalten, was die Fotos versprochen haben. Besonders der Pool und die Terasse sind wirklich der Hammer und wir haben dort vorrangig unsere Zeit verbracht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Grill super. Mit unserem erkundungsfreudigen Baby mussten wir insgesamt viel aufpassen, da es viele Stufen und Treppen gibt. Das Dorf liegt schon recht ab vom Schuss, dafür hat man aber sehr viel Ruhe u d eine unglaublich tolle Aussicht. Wer sich Erholung im Haus und Pool wünscht ist hier genau richtig.

Ein Ferienhaus, wie man es sich wünscht

Tolle Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche. Vermieter ist sehr gut per Whatsapp zu erreichen. Sein Verwalter vor Ort ist extrem bemüht und sehr schnell in seinen Reaktionen. Für Leute wie wir, die Sonntags anreisen: Arkwrights in Periana und der kleine Laden von Teressa in Mondron sind die einzigen Läden die auf haben. Man bekommt aber durchaus genug Sachen, um den ersten Tag zu überleben :-)
