Wonderful little condo!

This condo was perfect for my family's weekend stay in Ketchum, ID! It was the perfect size, cozy and clean. It was walkable to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely book again, and hope to be back again for ski season!

Very close to Sun Valley ski resort. We came in the summer and did mountain biking and sight seeing up the tram and chair lift. Loved out the town is so bike friendly. I liked the space, loved the deck and they even had bike racks. My kids were in the pool as much as possible. It is in a great location to everything around. Only main thing we didn't like it was no AC but opening windows at night made it comfortable.

It would have been better if there was not any remodeling but than again when are you going to be able to make repairs if you are having to rent out the apartment? It is a catch 22 situation. We had never been to Sun Valley/Ketchum before and were very impressed with this rental. There were four of us: two adults, and two kids (age 5 and 3). The location is excellent in winter - not a far walk along the pedestrian path to the lifts, or just a few right turns to the Baldy skier parking lot. The beds were comfortable, the unit was warm and clean, and the hot tub was perfect! From booking to checkout, this was a very easy transaction and quite honestly it felt like we were staying in a family member's condo. Great hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and would rent this location again in a heartbeat. Thank You Michael!

Very comfortable accommodations for two couples or a family of five. So nice to have two full baths. Walking distance to the the downtown was a big plus. Very short drive to the River Run base. We could of hoped a shuttle, but opted to drive. I would highly recommend this unit. I am thinking about a summer trip . . . . . .
