LOCATION

The apartment is in a residential area on the outskirts of Funchal.

Within walking distance there are several shops, restaurants and a large supermarket, just crossing the street.

It is about 3 km from city centre, Madeira Shopping, Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools, Lido Swimming Complex and Praia Formosa beach.

The apartment has pedestrian access to a large supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Has also bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.



REMARKS

The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, which is attenuated by closing the windows.

We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Face au modèle continente, pastelleria au dessous, proche d'un arrêt de bus. Vue sur l'océan et le pico da Cruz. Proche de la voie rapide. Quartier calme et peu bruyant. Appartement fonctionnel avec ses 2 chambres et ses 2 salles de bain, sa cuisine et son salon. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur Funchal et l'océan. Parfait pour 2 couples Parking sur la rue pour la voiture de location. Un grand merci pour la réservation et l'accueil.

Auch für Kleinkinder geeignet

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, Betten angenehm, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bei Kindern muss der Balkon im Auge behalten werden, da das Geländer aus Querstreben besteht, die sich prima zum Hochklettern eignen. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Obstladen etc unten in der Häuserreihe, gegenüber großer Supermarkt. Parken vor dem Haus nur für 30 Min wg der Geschäftszeile, haben aber immer in der Seitenstraße einen Parkplatz bekommen. Ein paar deutsche Fernsehsender vorhanden. 6. Etage. Nette Aussicht, auch aufs Meer.
