The apartment is in a residential area on the outskirts of Funchal.

It is about 3 km from city centre, Madeira Shopping, Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools, Lido Swimming Complex and Praia Formosa beach.
The apartment has pedestrian access to a large supermarket, shops and restaurants.
Has also bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
REMARKS
The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, which is attenuated by closing the windows.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
