Situated in the heart of Funchal, this modern 2-bedroom flat offers spacious areas and a privileged location, perfectly balancing comfort and practicality. Both bedrooms feature double beds and wardrobes, with one en-suite bathroom (bathtub) and an additional guest toilet (shower). The open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area includes a small dining space and a separate laundry area.

Ideal for those seeking an urban experience, the apartment is surrounded by cultural attractions, shops, leisure options, and essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport. Main points of interest—including restaurants, the Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, Municipal Garden, Theatre, Marina, shopping centres, bars, and museums—are all within walking distance.

Getting around is easy: transfers can be arranged (cheaper than airport taxis), and bus stops are nearby. Car rentals are also convenient with navigation apps.

Guests have access to all areas of the property. Our team is always available for assistance, and guests receive an app with important property and local information.

Other notes:
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on site.

Tourist Fee: €2.00 per person/night (age 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max/person/stay). Payment link provided at check-in.

• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Be considerate of neighbours and keep noise down, especially at night.

The property may have a smart sensor (Minut) monitoring noise, smoke, and temperature for safety (no recording or personal data collection). If abnormal levels are detected, you may be contacted by our team.

All guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm (early check-in subject to availability/fee).
Check-out: by 12:00 (late check-out subject to availability/fee).
