About this property

The Priory - decking, sea views, free wifi + parking

The impressive apartment boasts a master double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, twin second bedroom and also a family bathroom. The open plan living area includes leather sofas with a home cinema and music system with LCD TV, HD DVD/CD player, Freesat, mobile/tablet jack and radio tuner, with speakers and controls in all bedrooms and bathrooms, and dining area. There is also over 2 acres of woodland gardens, complete with winding paths, beautiful plants, play and seating areas. Surrounding The Priory is National Trust and farmland, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and many coastal walks, all waiting to be explored.

Just five minutes walk away is the Old Village, with the famous thatched cottages and a selection of local shops, pubs and restaurants, and the main town centre following afterwards. Finally, it is just a few minutes from the cliff top and Esplanade with its sandy beaches.

Great views, lovely flat
Flat was a good size for family of 4. Amazing views from the decking. Close to Old Village and Chine. Only downside was the uphill walk from town.

A lovely flat in a great location
The flat was better then we had expected. The onsuit shower room was a particular advantage that we hadn't anticipated from the description. For the walking holiday that we wanted it was in a great location on one of the best parts of the coastal path and we had a wonderful (though rather wet!) walk to the highest point on the island, a delightful circular walk of about 5.5 miles from the flat.

Beautiful views and only a short walk from Shanklin old town
This was a stunning setting with a beautiful spring garden full of primroses and daffodils. The apartment itself was easy to find, we had no problem finding a parking spot, the apartment was clean apart from a used mask behind the drawers and a razor cover left in the shower. We were able to access the apartment at 4.10pm and arrived with our shopping delivery! The milk in the fridge and small pack of tea and coffee was a nice touch along with a peronalised welcome card. Overall the apartment was really comfortable, unfortunately some rather noisy guests arrived part way through the week in the apartment abovebut we didn't let it spoil our holiday. Would book again!
