Place has the best location around. Hosts are concise and not at all bothersome. House had a couple lightbulbs out, the parking situation is tricky, but overall great stay.

Great location (easy access to BikeStopCafe and Katy Trail if you’re cyclists). Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to St. Louis airport. Clean and comfortable.

The location of the house is really good. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean. The bathroom from the hallway is very small and could use a coat of paint. The house was clean but could use a deeper clean (courtyard windows, dust under the bed, few spiders in one bedroom). I sent a few messages (not urgent) and didn't receive a reply from the hosts. I did receive timely messages when we were ready to stay there.

The description and pictures were fairly accurate. Communication and responses were quick from the host. The cleanliness was not great. There was quite a bit of hair around the home from other guests (on the furniture, in the bathrooms, on the towels, and even in the freezer). Additionally, there were ants in the bathroom and most of the window sills had dead bugs. It is an older home, like most rentals in Hermann, so a bug here or there may be expected, but we felt it could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The house was great, we only stayed 1 night, it was a short trip but I would stay here again. The parking was a little ruff but that was told to us up front. There is a court yard that is nice but needs a little bit of yard maintenance and maybe up grade of the patio chairs but it was nice. The house has everything you need to spend a week and to see everything in Hermann you need several days. Highly recommend this house.

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The only thing that was a little trickey was the parking but the host can me plenty of notice and ideas where we could park.

Great House Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone loved the house. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. We had very short walks to all places. The courtyard was a great bonus feature we used each night.
