Modern Accommodation

This apartment is clean and bright as illustrated It is well-located, being close to Gran Via, the Palace, Plaza Espana, the University and about a 25-minute walk to the Prado, the Thyssen and the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen has the basics (but you will surely be eating out!). An English translation of the washer/dryer manual would be very useful

Great patio views

Location to the apartment was excellent, directly across from the Plaza de Espana and within walking distance to many main attractions. Views from the little patio were amazing, as the unit is on the 30th floor. Apartment was clean and the air conditioning throughout was super helpful when returning from exploring out in the hot weather. Fernando was wonderful to deal with, was always very responsive to all of our inquiries before our arrival and during our stay. We contacted him about a concern and he had a maintenance person over shortly after to repair. Overall, we had a great experience and would book to stay here again.

Seven stars

I gave five stars because it is the maximum, but it deserves seven stars. Modern and nice decorated. Unbelievable location in Plaza de España. Stunning city views 270 degrees from the 30th floor of Torre de Madrid, iconic building in Madrid. Not a single issue. Fernando, the manager, great with us... and on and on. Extremely recommended at a very moderate price. Rare find.
