Any member of my team will greet you at the apartment to provide the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.

Please observe the house rules and respect the neighbors' sleep. Parties of any kind are prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon with the landlord.

Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Likewise, parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and contract, in addition to possible intervention by the competent authorities.

It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.

4 nights at the end of a long trip

This was the perfect place to stay at the end of a long trip when we needed a nice home base for resting. The AC was amazing for breaks from the heat and the neighborhood had tons to do when we wanted to venture back out.

Great private apartment for two with everything we needed for the week. Walkable within 20 minutes to many great attractions and 5 minutes to a huge variety of restaurants, metro stop, and 24-hour grocery store. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay - AC, TV, separate living room, dining room, & bed room, private bathroom with shower, fridge, kitchen with cookware, and washer. We felt safe in the area and the apartment is very close to major attractions, like museums, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, and Retiro Park. Big plus for us was it was only a 10 min walk to/from the Atocha train station. Hans is very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even better. He has provided us with guide books that helped us narrow down what to do and where to eat. Thank you so much, Hans!

The place was really cozy and well maintained. The little patio was nice. The apartment has everything needed to have a good stay. We enjoyed this apartment and being able to walk to cafes and restaurants. It is decorated very cute with patio for fresh air. Great kitchen with washing machine and everything you need!
