Separate utility room with washing machine. There is the bonus of a sun room that leads off from the kitchen, and which overlooks the garden.
First Floor
The first floor has two bedrooms; a large double bedroom which overlooks the garden, plus a single bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin. There is a house bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, WC and hand wash basin.
Second Floor
To the second floor is a twin bedroom.
