BRACKEN HOWE LODGE, family friendly, with hot tub in Whitby
Wow! Luxurious lodge with a wonderful hot tub, set in beautiful woodland with stylish accommodation and a veranda for dining outside - bliss!
Ground Floor
Enter this beautiful, spacious lodge, which has been designed and furnished with quality and style in mind, into an entrance hall which leads to the magnificent, double height open plan living area.
There's a lovely, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and quality Neff appliances including dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. A washing machine is in a small utility area nearby.
The dining area, with its backdrop of leafy trees visible through the floor to ceiling glass windows, is light and airy and a perfect spot to enjoy meals together, with comfortable seating to sit, relax and enjoy the company of friends or family over breakfast, lunch or supper - isn't that what holidays are all about?
There is a wonderful sitting room area with comfortable seating arranged around an excellent real flame, wood burning-style gas stove - it's so cosy in the cooler months - plus there's a flat screen TV, DVD and views of the woodland from every window.
There are two beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor with comfortable beds with deep mattresses for a great nigh't sleeps! There is a charming twin bedroom with full size 3' single beds which is decorated with shades of yellow plus an elegant double bedroom with crystal bedside table lamps - good light to read by if you like to enjoy a book before bedtime - which also has a walk-in closet, so there's plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have views of woodland from the windows.
There is a gorgeous, elegant bathroom with a free standing bath, large shower, WC and hand wash basin.
The toy cupboard, located off the entrance hall is a treasure chest - well-stocked with a superb selection of books, games, teddies and dolls - it's very popular with our young guests!
