About this property

Appartamento Talamone

Located about 100 m from the sea (Bagno delle Donne) this smart 2-room apartment lies in a multi-family house on the ground floor. You reach the apartment via a small staircase and the front part of the garden. The terrace in front of the entrance is the ideal place for eating and relaxing outside.



Talamone is a water sports paradise, mainly for kiters, windsurfers and sailors.

Culinary options are available in various restaurants and bars.



The living and dining area is equipped with a table and chairs as well as a comfortable sofa. A TV and a fold-out wardrobe-bed for two people completes the equipment in this room. The combination of local artifacts paired with Balinese accessories give the room a special charm.

From here you get to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. The bathroom with bathtub / shower is located directly opposite and behind you will find the bedroom with a large double bed. Here too you will feel and see the landladies love to Asia and asian art.



On the back side of the house there is another terrace, especially sunny in the evening hours - just the right place for a sundowner.

The offer is mainly aimed at couples and individual travelers who are looking for a practical but chic accommodation, without much "frills" in Talamone, and which is close to the sea, as well as only a short distance to the Center.



Behind the house you find a quite large public parking place where you can leave your car without any problem.



Guests have access to all rooms, terraces and outdoor areas.



We are at your service during your stay at any time, whether it is to solve eventual problems, whether to give good tips for a great vacation: beautiful beaches, good restaurants, exciting excursions ....



Talamone is a splendid resort in the Maremma. Above all, Talamone is not too well known and therefore not overrun by mass tourism.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Carla war sehr freunflich und hatte uns frisches Obst und Wasser hingestellt. Talamone ist eine tolle kleine Stadt mit mehreren Restaurants, Bars und einer kleinen Alimentari. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Direi che il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Carla, è pressoché perfetto, e ha rispecchiato ciò che volevo trovare in vacanza. Talamone è un posto magnifico per chi vuole la tranquillità, senza farsi mancare nulla come beni di prima necessità! Su Carla, che dire….molto disponibile, e gentilissima, e soprattutto molto onesta! È stato davvero un gran piacere!
