This brand new apartment is situated in Tuscany in a small residence (3 units), immersed in the local pine forest and only a quick walk - 400 meters - away from the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto . Furnished with the colors of the sea and the summer , it is the ideal place to relax after a day spent at the sea or exploring the great sights of Tuscany and the Maremma. The apartment with its private terrace is located on the right side of the house.

In caso di necessità la risposta è immediata ed efficace! Ottima posizione caratterizzata da quiete e tranquillità. Giardino ben curato, utilissimo parcheggio fronte casa.
