About this property

Welcome to Goin’ Coastal located in the quiet neighborhood of Summer Place on a large corner lot at 9 Private Drive. This house comes with access to the private gated Summer Place pool across the street. Enjoy this perfect location steps from the beach access but off of the main busy road. This LINEN INCLUDED house comes with sheets and towels for every bedroom.

The house has wireless internet throughout, TVs in every room, and full-size Washer/Dryer. Each of our 5 large beautifully decorated bedrooms have their own private bathroom (including hair dryers in each), Televisions with 4K Firesticks, ceiling fans, and lots of room to spread out. Two of our bedrooms have their own access to one of the two wrap-around decks. Our kitchen is very well equipped with every needed amenity for cooking for large families or just making a picnic to take to the beach. The bright, large two-story living area fills with lots of wonderful sun light and is equipped with a LED flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, fun selection of DVDs, board games, and puzzles.

On the ground level, enjoy the use of 2 Weber charcoal grills, hot/cold outdoor shower, 4 Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, cornhole boards, and additional seating. On the two upper decks, you will find plenty of seating options including rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs. Escape for an afternoon nap on the screened porch equipped with a comfortably cushioned sofa, 2 chairs, and tables. The large corner lot gives plenty of room for a game of bocce ball or cornhole in the back yard.

OIB Vacation

The whole family loved the location and the short walkable distance to the beach. Loads of room for everyone to spread out to read, watch tv, play cards or a game and relax! We all highly recommend this property! The K Family from Minnesota

Great Escape

This was a family trip of celebration and unwind from every thing. We were certainly able to do it here. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. Except for the trips to get groceries everyone was happily to stay put everything Short walk to the beach and pool. And on those few occasions of rain showers there was plenty of games and books to enjoy.

Our families have been vacationing at Ocean Isle Beach since our very early childhood. We learned early in our marriage that OIB was our happy place. So in 2003, with our two girls, we bought this lot and began our journey to building our dream beach house. Living in Charlotte, less than a 3.5 hour drive, makes a trip to the beach very easy anytime we want to be by the ocean.
