Available for rent a magnificent 5-bedroom villa including 2 small extra bedrooms with a very large private heated swimming pool (12 m x 4 m), bicycles available for rent. A domestic helper and an excellent cook is at your disposal 6 days a week. The 2 free tennis courts of the domain are located 300 meters away and the beach is 800 m away.

Located around the Sofitel d'Essaouira golf course and in the residential area of Mogador, which is secured and guarded 24 hours a day, this villa will bring you comfort and relaxation.

Totally private and very well secured, it covers 600 hectares of forests, dunes and lush nature.

Facing West, is a view of a lake and the sea. The terrace with its fitted roof, offers a breathtaking view of nature and allows you to admire the sumptuous sunsets.

The sunny garden also has various areas for rest provided with a shade under magnificent trees with a fountain, an aviary, hens, rabbits, a barbecue, an hammock, deckchairs and sunbathing facilities... You will also find a petanque track and 2 outdoor bars.

A giant 75 inch HD TV and a BOSE 5.1 + Blu-Ray/DVD player home theater system offers you entertainment if and when you need it. Broadband Internet via optical fibre allows you to have fun, stay in touch with your family and eventually work as well.

We offer at your disposal our domestic employee who is charming, very discreet and who is bilingual in French and English. We boast a very good cook who is able to prepare the local dishes that will please you and she will make sure that your breakfast is ready as soon as you wake up to help you start your day.

We recommend a car rental company in Essaouira who can, upon your wish, bring a car to the villa or to the airport and pick it up at the end of the stay. The prices are reduced for our guests and their cars are in very good condition.

As a resident in Mogador, you will enjoy the services of the nearby Sofitel (SPA, restaurants, bars, shuttle to the city centre every hour...) as well as its two magnificent golf courses (18 + 13 holes).

A superb 14 km long hiking trail runs through the entire estate and a horse club is located a few minutes away by car.

We provide you with 4 mountain bikes to move around the site or to go to the beach....

You are 5 minutes away by car from Essaouira and its ancient heritage site which is very relaxing and welcoming . This city is very quiet, very clean, has no industrial facilities, and its inhabitants are kind and friendly. We can also recommend about twenty restaurants for any budget offering seafood, fish, Moroccan specialities....

Stunning Villa in Beautiful Essaouira

Everything about the villa was five star; from the generous accommodation, to the sophisticated decor, to the beautiful gardens and pool area. The owners went out of their way to make our stay perfect for a very special event. We enjoyed wonderful food prepared by the housekeeper and everyone thought it was the best villa we have stayed in during our many trips to Essouira. The location and facilities were perfect. We hope to come back soon.

We had a terrible holiday here, all because of the owner.There were 6 adults, a 5 children aged 6-2, so it was meant to be a fun family holiday for small kids, unfortunately the villa is full of issues, if you mention them she would aggressively message us instead of trying to fix them. I would look for other places to say in the area as it's a great location. However the constant barrage of whatsapp messages from the owner ruined the entire holiday, it was extremely stressful.The owners response to anything is to attack, making civil communication impossible. If you look at reviews elsewhere you will see this is a common pattern unfortunately. The villa does look very nice, the staff were lovely, the tagine's they cooked were exceptional. So it's not all bad. But it's hard to have a nice time when you are constantly waiting for another angry message from the owner.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour a Essaouira avec nos amis et enfants. La maison est magnifique. Très joliment décorée et Keltoum nous a régalé et à veille à la propreté de la maison pendant tout le séjour. Nous avons pu profiter des balades au souk et des cours de surf dans l’océan. Une belle bouffée de fraîcheur et un dépaysement pour les yeux! Merci Nathalie et Keltoum!

Gouvernante incroyable dans une superbe villa

Superbe villa dans un complexe sécurisé.3 très grandes chambres très bien aménagées, la dernière comme le précise l annonce est plutôt petite et ne convient qu à des enfants ou jeunes ados. La piscine est grande mais pas très profonde. Le jardin est tres sympa et le tout est très bien entretenu. L atout incroyable de cette villa est kaltoum la gouvernante. Elle nous a bichonnés durant ces 2 semaines. Nous la remercions encore. Nous conseillons vivement la location de cette villa.

Prachtige villa in rustige omgeving

Mooie en met zorg ingerichte villa op korte afstand van Essaouira. Ideaal als je tot rust wilt komen en / of van golf houdt. Essaouira is een leuk plaatsje, niet zo druk of hectisch als andere Marrokkaanse steden. Omdat er altijd een bries van de oceaan staat is het niet snel te heet, wat erg prettig is. De stranden zijn niet geschikt voor zwemmen, en een strandcultuur zoals wij die kennen ontbreekt vrijwel geheel. Het strand wordt vooral gebruikt voor kamelen- en paardrijden (leuk) en scheuren met quads (moest verboden worden). Tip: je kunt lekker chillen bij Ocean Vagabond. De villa heeft een lang maar smal en ondiep zwembad, lekker om af te koelen, niet om in te duiken. Jammer, zeker met tieners die na drie baantjes het wel voor gezien houden. De dame die het ontbijt maakte en het huis op orde hield was erg aardig. Zij kan ook helpen bij het regelen van autohuur (circa € 30,00 per dag), heeft tips voor een bezoek aan Essaouira en kan goed koken (circa € 65,00 voor 4 personen). Wel is de inbreuk van de tuinmannen op de privacy iets teveel van het goede. Ze waren dag in dag uit in de tuin, waardoor je je bijna bezwaard voelde er te gaan zitten. Ook waren de fietsen niet in orde en ze zijn ondanks verzoek niet gerepareerd. Jammer, want je kunt prima op het terrein fietsen of naar Essaouira via de kustweg. Al met al een erg relaxed verblijf gehad. Net geen vijf sterren vanwege de fietsen, het zwembad en de tuinmannen.

Excellent séjour en famille !

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances à Essaouira et la maison de Bertrand y a largement contribué ! C est un endroit magique, de grands espaces, un cadre fabuleux au milieu du golf mogador et très proche d une magnifique plage de sable fin. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Keltoum qui a été au petit soin pour nous! Excellente cuisinière elle nous a beaucoup gâtés et a su nous donner de bons conseils pour nos sorties à Essaouira. La maison est dotée d une grande piscine qui a été beaucoup appréciée des petits comme des grands 😁! Nous recommendons vivement cette location où nous n hésiterons pas à revenir pour de prochaines vacances !

Très belle villa , située dans sur un site enchanteur, . À couper le souffle!!! C'est un endroit calme intime et reposant, tout en conservant la proximité des services. La villa est entretenue de façon impeccable et très bien équipée (literie , cuisine, etc.) Nous avons également grandement apprécié pouvoir nous rafraichir dans la jolie piscine . Les propriétaires sont soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour. Ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. Même avant notre départ . Les explications pour se rendre à la maison étaient trés claires et une fois sur place , ils ont pris le temps de nous suggérer quelques bons endroits à visiter . Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances et nous recommandons chaudement ce petit paradis. Nous espérons bien pouvoir y retourner .

Nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour dans la villa rendu d'autant plus agréable avec la présence et la gentillesse de Kalthoum, véritable chef coq souriante et très discrète . Malheureusement nous avons été déçu par la "quatrième chambre", heureusement que ma fille n'était pas venue en couple ...., un point négatif également pour la cuisine "locataire" fort petite et très peu fournie en accessoire et ustensiles.... Sinon une localisation extra avec une grande sécurité et beaucoup de calme. Vacances familiales très agréables.

La villa est magnifique, bien décorée et parfaitement adaptée aux vacances (idéale pour le repos et la pratique du sport). Un séjour magique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa «  la fiancée des vents », les photos sont conformes à la réalité, tout est présent pour faire de votre villégiature un formidable havre de paix. La villa est située dans un domaine en pleine nature avec en musique de fond le ressac de l’ocean. Et le matin, vous vous réveillez avec le chant des oiseaux. L’ameublement est apaisant et raffiné et cheese on the cake, il y à la maîtresse des lieux, Chaussette la petite chatte qui est adorable. Une mention spéciale à Khartoum, la gouvernante, qui est une femme adorable, et qui veille au bien être de ses hôtes, nous avons été très gâtées et chaque matin nous avions une surprise culinaire. J’y reviendrais très volontiers, car j’ai passé un séjour de rêve !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa "la fiancée du vent", la maison est très belle, décorée avec goût, elle est spacieuse et très agréable à vivre pour 2 familles. kaltoum la gouvernante nous a concocté de délicieux plats marocains. La villa est idéalement située sur le golf, avec un accès à la plage en vingt minutes et un accès à la ville d'Essaouira en moins de 10 minutes en taxi.

Great property - lovely, relaxing stay at New Year

The villa is quite beautiful, very spacious and well laid out. We were a family group of 7, aged 8 to 78 and enjoyed a very relaxing stay thanks to the wonderful hospitality offered by Khadija. From the moment we arrived when we received mint tea and cake Khadija made sure we felt at home. We had great weather, played tennis every day and enjoyed lounging around the wonderful pool. We were able to walk easily to the beach for camel rides at sunset, and enjoyed swimming in the sea (a bit chilly in January but the kids were in there for hours!). The town is a 10 minute taxi ride, or one hour walk, with lots of restaurants, shops, promenade etc. The kids enjoyed the 75" tv when relaxing in the evenings, and just 3 hrs from London it was a great break from the cold.

heavenly escape

We stayed for a week with the family consisting of children. Our time in the secluded villa was sublime. The grounds were kept up meticulously. And the rooms with bathrooms were spacious. Taste is personal but we have to admit that the interior decoration was completely to ours :). The heated swimming pool was always tempting. Not to forget the close by luckily "deserted" beach which can only be described as eye candy of the first order. The villa was cleaned every day and a tantalising breakfast and lunch was always prepared. We departed with the feeling of leaving our "home".

Unforgettable!

Essaouira was on our whishlist for years, this summer we went there! If you want to go, stay at this beautiful villa. It is far enough from the busy town to enjoy the countryside but close enough to go there every day if you wish. The moment you step through the front door you will feel at home. Everything is perfect! The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful and super clean. The garden well kept and for every time of the day a lovely place to sit or lay down. And then, above all, there was Khadija, she took care of us like we were her family. Always there to spoil you with whatever you like. Thank you Khadijah, if possible would have taken you with us! Also special company was Sjoesj (her real name is Josette) the cat, as we called her. She kept us company day (and night ;)) and made us feel at home even more. A holiday to remember, and if possible the will return to Essaouira en this perfect villa. Thank you Bertrand for letting is stay there, and helping Allard with planning my birthday. Magnifique !

C'est une villa absolument superbe, la décoration et le confort sont remarquables. Les différents espaces aménagés à l'extérieur offrent autant de recoins et d'ambiances que ce soit pour déjeuner, prendre un thé ou un verre, ou bien se reposer. La piscine est parfaite, Khadija est adorable et cuisine impeccablement. Elle a aussi enrichi notre séjour de ses suggestions, conseils, et informations en tout genres. Nous avons pu profiter du terrain de pétanque avec son bar et éclairage, des tennis et golf academy à 2 pas, et bien sûr de la plage. Si nous revenons à Essaouira ce sera certainement pour profiter de nouveau de cette villa. Merci !

Fantastisch!

Wij hebben de Kerstdagen doorgebracht in deze fantastische villa. Zeer modern vormgegeven met Marokkaanse ambiance. Het zwembad kan heerlijk verwarmd worden. Overigens in deze wntermaand zomerse temperaturen in Essaouira, tussen de 20 - 27 graden! Het Domain is gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving, heel rustig en binnen wandelafstand van het strand. En-------------Khadija is een discrete, maar zeer hartelijke gastvrouw. Zij regelt alles om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Onze (klein-)zoon spreekt nog steeds over zijn lekkernij, de pannenkoeken van Hadija! Kees, Ida, Pim, Danielle en Deen.

Einfach paradiesisch!

Eine luxuriöse Villa, geräumig, geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, mit schönen Garten und Pool und nahe (15 min. schöner Fußweg) am endlosen Sandstrand. Wir haben uns bestens erholt. Unser besonderer Dank gilt Khadijah, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art uns Marokko und auch die marokkanische Küche (Poulet au Citron!) näher gebracht hat. Auch die gesamte Kommunikation rund um den Aufenthalt mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Merci beaucoup!

La fiancée du vent

un véritable havre de paix, avec une décoration exquise et une attention particulière aux dépendances et extérieur qui font de la "fiancée du vent" un petit paradis niché au creux de la forêt des diabates. Nos enfants ont particulièrement appréciés la piscine et le terrain de pétanque 😊 Khadija, la gouvernante, a été merveilleuse : discrète et serviable tout à la fois. Nous reviendrons si Dieu le veut.
