Barbecue on the terrace, overlooking the sea and the dunes with garden chairs, table and awnings. Concierge. A few meters, walking: super, pharmacy, hairdresser, laundry, restaurant, cafeteria-bakery, service company such as cleaning apartments, laundry and iron. FROM JANUARY TO APRIL, ideal season of Hipica (MET) of Oliva Nova for its proximity and good temperature.
