I present to you my spectacular and luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, and 2 guest toilets. It is located in the exclusive urbanization of Guadalmina Baja- Casasola, facing south. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. If you like golf this is the ideal place for you.

We have recently built this contemporary Andalusian-style villa, with the highest qualities, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and large windows. Taking care of every detail personally and decorating it with high-end furniture, so that you can live in it or simply enjoy a vacation stay, feeling comfortable as your home.

Our villa has two floors plus a basement, it has 670 m2 of construction and a large plot of 1000 m2, where you can take advantage of your stay with family or friends. It has a rectangular swimming pool and a magical patio with orange trees where you can enjoy summer afternoons.

Our villa has a porch with a seating area and an outdoor dining room with an awning to be able to use it throughout the year.

Upon entering the house, there is access to a corridor with a checkerboard floor and a ceiling at two heights under the tower that houses the staircase, you can feel the sensation of peace, spaciousness, and light. On the ground floor, we find the living room with a flat-screen TV and a library of more than 5 meters high. It also has a room with a motorized double bed and a spacious bathroom, accessible for the disabled. On the same ground floor, we have an interior wooden dining room for 10 people, a spacious kitchen with marble countertops, white wooden furniture, a bar, and another seating area with a television and direct access to the garden.

Going up the stairs to the first floor is the master bedroom with a 180cm double bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to a terrace with views of the river. There are two large bedrooms with 2 single beds each, all with en-suite bathrooms with good views, high sloping ceilings and very bright.

Going down to the basement, you will be surprised by our game area, which has a ping pong table and a sofa with a large flat screen so you can have the best moments. It also has a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, with exterior windows. Also, the villa has a garage.

As you imagined, you can enjoy our winter villa because we have underfloor heating that keeps the house at the ideal temperature!

Beach: 20 min walk to the beach of the Guadalmina 4* hotel, with a restaurant, beach bar, and rental of boards and pedalos.
A 15-minute walk away is the Hotel Atalaya, with various sports activities including tennis and golf.
