Just a 1 minute walk from the beach of Can Picafort, this terraced house welcomes 4 guests looking for a beach holiday.



Can Picafort is located in the north of Majorca and is famous for the fine sandy beach and the great offer of restaurants and leisure time. You can visit the old town of Alcudia, play golf in Alcanada, spend a fun day at the Hidropark Puerto de Alcudia or visit the lighthouse of Formentor. During the low season, the area is quieter for hiking and cycling. A car is not necessary and all amenities can be reached on foot.



The front terrace with awning is perfect to enjoy the first rays of sunshine. On the first floor, there is a roof terrace where you can sunbathe or have a barbecue with the family. The living-dining room with ceiling fan leads to a patio which gives access to the kitchen with microwave, induction hob, filter coffee machine and much more. The master bedroom on the first floor has a 1.6 x 0.9 metre double bed, while the second bedroom on the ground floor has a 1.05 x 0.9 metre double bed. Both bathrooms with shower are exterior and there is a hairdryer. There is a third bedroom with a 1.35 x 0.9 metre bed which does not have an outside window but faces the living room. On request it can accommodate 6 people. The house has a washing machine, iron/ironing board as well as a cot/ high chair.



Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
