Holiday home for 5 people furnished with great taste and comfort near the beach.



This attractive house is located in the popular holiday resort of Can Picafort and is just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and many shopping possibilities are also nearby.

The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds each), which are all on the upper floor and two bathrooms with WC and shower, one of them on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor. The holiday home has capacity for 5 people.

The open living-dining room with comfortable sofas and fan invites you to stay. Television and WiFi must not be missing during your well-deserved holidays.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine.



You will be able to spend relaxing evenings on the porch and terrace, where comfortable seats and loungers are prepared for you. On the barbecue, you can pamper your family and friends with a Mediterranean dinner.

Beautiful place that is super close to beach. Our group of 6 guys enjoyed it very much. Very clean and cozy. Worth every penny, and I’d definitely book again!

We have stayed in house in June 2023, with group of 5 people. House was very comfy and has got everything as it was listed. The host was really detailed and the check in was a piece of cake. The rooms were well equipped. The location of the house was super nice, close to the beach, close to the shops and restaurant. We find it only one disadvantage, there is a car rental behind the fence which starts their work at 4am. We hardly sleep after that. So if you has a hard sleep, nothing will bother you. :) Thank you for hosting us.

La casa correspondía calidad precio. Lo que si se hecho en falta eran un par de toallas más por persona, gel y champú, papel higiénico, papel de cocina, algún tipo de fairy. Por lo demás se puede decir que era aceptable.

Los días que pasamos en la casa de Can Picafort nos sentimos cómodos y agusto. Fácil acceso a la vivienda y buena comunicación con Mallorca Charme. Nos resolvieron cualquier duda que les planteamos.El único pero es que en el salón el AC que está instalado no encontramos el mando a distancia y no pudimos usarlo.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Beschreibungen. Es war alles vorhanden, es gab sogar Strandsachen für die Kinder! Super! Durch die Lage des Appartements konnte man vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Naturpark, Promenade und natürlich der Strand. Einziger Nachteil ist der laute Verkehr von der Hauptstraße.Ansonsten alles Top!

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus, alles, was man brauchen könnte ist vorhanden. Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten. Für uns herausragend war die Lage. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichtbar. Für Ruhesuchende eventuell nicht geeignet, das Haus liegt an der Straße von Alcudia nach Arta, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.
