Apartment B11 in the exclusive Les Niveoles complex is a stunning 3 bedroom loft style apartment that can sleep six people in great comfort . Two further guests can be accommodated by way of a large Maison Du Monde sofa bed.

This bright and spacious 75m2 property is located in an exclusive complex in the historic village of Morillon, providing fantastic links into the vast Grand Massif ski area. The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to create a stylish and modern apartment, with Smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime access) and super fast wifi, ideal for families and small groups to enjoy.

Guests can also enjoy the apartment large (14m2) south facing balcony with corner sofa, outdoor heater and electric BBQ, which gives stunning panoramic views from the rugged Criou, all the way round to the snowy slopes of the Grand Massif ski area.

The apartment is in a perfect location for year round holidays in this beautiful area. In winter, a ski bus stop is located on the main road, just 50m from the apartment, alternatively a scenic walk of around 7 minutes will take guests to the Morillon telecabine and ski piste (with snow canons).

The village centre is a short 5 minute walk, with its bars, restaurants, butcher, supermarket, bakery, and excellent weekly market.

During the summer season, including spring and autumn, guests will find a stunning mountain lake a 3 minute stroll from the apartment with many activities surrounding the lake such as an adventure park, horse riding, tennis courts, beach volleyball and a great restaurant and bar open year round.

This property is privately owned and also benefits from a private ski locker and underground parking .

There is a top loaded washing machine located in the family bathroom and a tumble dryer under the stairs.

The entrance hall has plenty of space to store shoes and outdoor clothing including ski helmets. You will find the tumble dryer under the stairs.

Note: Morillon and the surrounding area is a busy, year round community. Our apartment is situated on the main road through Morillon. The road support all local traffic during the morning, lunchtime and evening rush hour.

Great place to Say

The host was really helpful answering questions and giving advice on the area. Check-in was easy and the location was very convenient for the village and ski lift (bus outside or just a short walk). The apartment was roomy and fully equipped with all we needed and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Wonderful spot!

We really enjoyed our stay - everything was as described. Comfortably tiny but very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great location. Beautiful valley and views, 5 minutes to excellent bakery, bank, corner shop, playground for children. Host was very quick to communicate and helped to arrange our stay at very short notice - thank you!

The kitchen area, like many alpine apartments is small but with a full size oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee machine etc., there is everything you need and more, and you can be part of the conversation with the other guests! Morillion and Giffre Valley is a beautiful part of the French Alps. Very accessible and with a huge amounts of activities to offer both young and old. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Morillon skiing

Compact and bijou. Very well presented and bedroom size did not disappoint. Property within striking distance of lifts although hill was challenging with skis and wearing boots. Mixed ability group enjoyed the challenging skiing.

superbe appartement

Chalet confortable et idéalement bien placé

Séjour en famille réussi

Chalet très bien aménagé, spacieux et bien équipé. Nous sommes partis à 6 adultes et 2 bébés et nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'étroit. Les commerces de première nécessité se trouvent proches de l'appartement et les remontées mécaniques à 10min à pied (attention ça grimpe) ce qui est très appréciable. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et sympathique par messagerie. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés, nous sommes très contents de notre séjour !

Superb!

We loved our stay. The flat was fantastic and everything you could possibly need was there. David was so helpful pre trip with advice. The apartment is a little too far to walk with ski boots on but the bus is so close by that we soon worked out a good routine to get to and from the gondola. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Hi Sarah, I should have said that you can usually leave your boots and skis in the ski rental shop overnight. Most shops in town allow that which is what we always do. Idéalement situé, près des commerces, du lac bleu.... Nous avons randonnée 4 jours vers sixt fer à cheval.... paysages magnifiques, nos efforts ont été largement récompensés.. L'appartement est très grand, propre et très bon échange avec notre hôte.. Nous étions 7 adultes.

Mooie complete vakantiewoning

Erg gezellige vakantiewoning met complete inrichting. Het appartement was schoon en netjes en gezellig ingericht. Er zijn 6 slaapplaatsen, 1 badkamer met fijne douche, bad en toilet. Ook is er nog een apart toilet. Er rijdt inderdaad aardig wat verkeer langs. Dit hoor en zie je goed als je op het balkon zit, maar met de deuren dicht hoor je niets, de slaapkamers zijn heel stil. David stuurt vooraf veel nuttige informatie en tips over de omgeving, heel fijn!

Thank you for your review Ellen. I am pleased you had a good time in Morillon. One of the great things about the area is that it is a year round location. Both Morillon and Samoens are busy towns and that can mean there is a rush hour in the morning an evening. Given the location of the lake, cars drive past the apartment front lawns on their way to the amenities by the lake. It is one of the compromises for having things so close to our door. Très bel appartement en chalet

Appartement très cosy et très bien équipé. Balcon ensoleillé très agréable. Pièce principale très chaleureuse avec une cuisine bien équipée. Salle de bain magnifique et très grande. Attention pour l'arrivée, Waze n'indique pas l'appartement au bon endroit, il est préférable de bien suivre les consignes de David. Seul inconvénient, nous étions 8 personnes et le ballon d'eau chaude était trop petit pour toutes les douches. Mais il se rechargeait très vite. Bon séjour chez David qui est un propriétaire très agréable.

Thank you for your review Sabine and I am sorry for not responding sooner. Our boiler heats water on demand so it does not have a water tank. It was the largest we could instal at the time and you are right in that it will struggle to support 8 showers one after the other, especially in cold weather. This is normally the exception though so I hope it didn't impact your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back again in the future.

Une semaine ressourçante

Super semaine dans un très bel appartement, bien conçu et très propre. Les prestations proposées sont appréciables (terrasse, lave linge, sèche linge...) et la résidence est idéalement située, proche du lac bleu, à 10 minutes du centre ville. La neige était au RDV et nous avons pu en profiter, à Morillon mais aussi dans les alentours, qui proposent des paysages extraordinaires. David est adorable et très réactif. Il est soucieux du bien être de ses locataires et ses petites attentions ont été très appréciées. Par ailleurs, il connait très bien le coin et ses conseils sont très précieux. Bref, je n’ai qu’un mot : MERCI.
