Villa La Bazonnerie, quietly located holiday home with private swimming pool

Our holiday home La Bazonnerie is located in a hamlet on the border of the Indre and the Creuse, Limousin (1000 km from Groningen). It is located 60 km from Limoges and 50 km from Gueret, the capital of the department.

Our house has a large garden of approximately 800 m2. We also have a 450 m2 garden on the other side of the country road with a private swimming pool of 4 by 7.5 meters.

You can walk straight into the house from the garden. Here is a spacious kitchen on the ground floor that is fully equipped. Next is the hall that leads to the two toilets, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. On the first floor is the living room, large landing and 2 more bedrooms.

Both gardens have a veranda, are fenced, lockable and completely private, making it child and animal friendly. In both gardens you can enjoy the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. The swimming pool is unheated and open from 1 June to 1 October.

The pool is not in the garden at the house. This is on the other side of the road at the front. This is 5 meters from the front of the house. There is a swimming pool here, a veranda with a fridge so that you don't have to return for every drink.

Our house is in a hamlet a 5 minute drive from the highway. After a long day of driving this is ideal and you don't have to spend hours on small country roads. Despite the location have no problems / noise from the highway and it is very nice.

You can walk straight into the house from the garden. Upon entering first in the large kitchen where the stairs to the living room is located. Next is the hall that leads to the 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. At the back of the house is a second staircase that goes up. On the first floor is the living room, large landing and 2 more bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a double bed which is equipped with pillows, duvets and bed linen, so you do not have to bring this. In the winter this is heated with an electric heater.

From the kitchen there is also a door to the garden. If you go outside here you come behind the house in the garden. First you stand under the porch where you will find a wonderful lounge sofa and you can enjoy the setting sun. There is sun in the garden throughout the day and the picnic bench can be placed anywhere. There is lighting in the garden so that it is beautifully lit and you can also enjoy a drink or play a game in the garden in the evening.

In the garden across the street is the swimming pool and here is also a veranda. The swimming pool and veranda are illuminated, there is also lighting around the entire lawn. There are power points everywhere / each lamp has a plug for a radio or telephone to charge. In addition, there is also a carbon cabinet under the porch so that you do not have to go back for a drink. Both gardens are allowed to barbecue, there is also a fire pit by the pool for a cozy fire. It is equipped for fun during the day and in the evening and provided with all conveniences.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with every luxury. Refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, plates, pans, kettle, coffee maker and the like are all provided. Especially for the swimming pool there are plastic plates, glasses and containers for salads. GLASS by the pool is not allowed. The swimming pool is unheated and open from 1 June to 1 October.

In addition, there are towels, tea towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, a second fridge with freezer, satellite TV, DVD player and a TV.

The house is rented in its entirety and no one else will be present. It is possible that grass is mowed on Sundays or Mondays and the swimming pool is topped up.
