Apartment completely renovated, renovated and with new and very functional furniture.
The complex has: 24 hour Reception service, with car rental and Restaurant. We are in a quiet area and only 600 meters. from the center of the Christians and 400 meters from the beach.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with two beds, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
The living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed. There is also flat screen television and foreign channels.
It has a dining area with its dining table with 4 chairs.
On the Balcony they have a nice chill out to relax and enjoy the sunsets and mountain views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave with grill, ceramic hob with four fires, independent oven. Crockery and trousseau made up of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans etc. There is also a toaster, kettle.
There is independent bathroom with duha with column, washbasin cabinet and toilet.

Il complesso è valido,come pure la reception. L'appartamento non è degno di essere chiamato tale : serrature porte rotte,biancheria letto schifosa,biancheria bagno idem,arredamento fatiscente,divano sfondato,un materasso abbandonato dietro il cosiddetto divano,un enorme buco nel muro nell'angolo lavatrice,stendipanni rotto e arrugginito,muri non imbiancati,luci fioche ed insufficenti;materasso e cuscini sporchi.Il bello che a Voi ho pagato anche le pulizie.E'incredibile come una organizzazione come la Vostra non controlli i prodotti che offre a caro prezzo.Tanto Vi dovevo per collaborazione.Saluti Alberto Biancalana

Disappointing

The apartment was clean but very tired could do with a of modernising. It was not the one we seen on the website it had a walk in shower but owers had a shower over the bath which was not very suitable as I have mobility problems. It was also up a big hill Which was also not very suitable so it was all a bit disappointing.

nous sommes très satisfait de Castel Harbour ,personnel très accueillant , belle piscine nous sommes moins satisfait de l'appartement chambre sans fenétre , minuscule table pour manger , pas de nappe nous avons mis un drap housse , pas d'étagére dans la penderie le canapé usé ,tout effrité , point positif l,appartement était propre, belle vue sur la piscine au 6 éme étage

Sporco, mal odorante e non corrisponde alle foto..

Sono arrivata il 19/06 al appartamento 125 e dopo 10 minuti sono uscita da questo minuscolo appartamento, la cucina un relitto, nella camera matrimoniale non esiste spazio tra parete e letto... si può solo entrare dalla parte destra del letto, appena entrata l'odore era orribile, e la pulizia inesistente, per tutto ciò ho deciso di andare via subito!!!! anche perché : IO DOVEVO PAGARE LA PULIZIA DELL' ALLOGGIO quando io lo avevo trovato sporco!!!! non se ne parla!!!!!!!!

En respuesta a la Señora Andrea solo comentar que gracias a ella perdi otras reservas ya que ni siquiera pago depósito de reserva por fiarme de su palabra y no llego a hospedarse en el apartamento y si no es así que enseñe el recibo del pago realizado,

Apartment inside OK, security of apartment poor

Got burgled and it could have been avoided if apt had secure window, owner didn't even bother to come up and check window even though we went to him, all other apartments have grills on windows and doors, some doors have 3 locks, lets you no how safe complex is, some owners say the grills are there to let air through? I say its due to previous thefts,residents chairman tries understandibly to defend the complex,avoid castle harbour and in particular this owners apartment, this compex is very insecure for a residential complex

En respuesta a este comentario quisiera dar mi desacuerdo por lo siguiente: El cliente quedó conmigo en avisarme después de ir policía científica a tomar las huellas, yo esperé su llamada y nunca me llegó, con lo cual no pude ir a ver los daños. Lo más curioso es que cuando fuimos al apartamento nunca vimos ningún daño en la ventana, ni arañazo ni que haya sido forzada , lo cual da mucho que sospechar, . También añadir que el cliente ya no se puso mas en contacto con nosotros hasta que llego a su país pidiendo una compensación de 300 libras por algo que nunca pudo demostrar. No deja de ser un caso extraño.

Appartamento bellissimo !

Salve a tutti, Sto soggiornando in questo bellissimo residence da una decina di giorni con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento e' molto bello, luminoso e sopratutto molto pulito e tenuto bene, completato con tutti gli attrezzi elettrodomestici. L'appartamento dispone di un terrazzo grande con vista mare. Il residence dispone di molte attrazzature fra cui una piscina riscaldata di grande dimensioni. Brandine e un distributore di acqua naturale molto economico. Proprietario di casa molto accogliente e disponibile. L'appartamento e vicino a ristoranti, supermercati, bar e fermata dell'autobus. Consiglierei questo bellissimo posto a tutti quelli che vogliono fare una meritata vacanza in questa favola di isola !!!

"el piso es muy comodo, tranquilo y seguro,nos han atendido amablemente en todo momento tanto en el hotel como el dueño del piso, nos fuimos muy contentos, pensamos volver a alquilarlo si fuese posible la proxima vez que viajemos a tenerife."
