Corner corner house located 100 m from the beach and amenities with communal pool.
The house consists of three levels:
- ground floor: parking, garage, entrance hall, toilet.
- 1st floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, small appliances), living room with dining area, lounge (tv, foreign channels, air conditioning), terrace with dining area and a view on the sea.
- 2nd floor: a landing; a large bedroom with two twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dresser and air conditioner; a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioner; a large bathroom with a closed bath with shower, washbasin, bidet and wc; a furnished terrace with deckchairs and sea views.
The animals are allowed on authorization of the owner.
