Huge Home Situated on Golf Course; Close to Beach, Outlets, and Restaurants!

****Important**** Linens and towels are not provided with this rental. You will receive your check-in instructions with your final payment (about 30 days prior to your stay) and in there, you will find the bed sizes along with directions for ordering the linen package if you do not wish to bring your own.

You will be a short drive to many of the other great courses located throughout the Ocean City area. Besides the fabulous golf, the Glenn Riddle community also offers a community pool, tennis courts, fitness center and walking trails. You will be close to some of the best restaurants in the area including Ruth Chris, Sunset Grill and The Shark to name a few. The family will enjoy the go-carts, putt putt, Frontier Town, Assateague Island and of course downtown Ocean City.

This beautiful 3-bedroom 3.5 bath home feels more like a 4 bedroom with a basement suite that has a full bath, TV, fireplace, pull-out sofa and a "hideaway" bed. It also has plush furniture, flat screen TVs in every room, wireless internet and a nicely appointed kitchen for those nights you want to eat at home. A large deck gives views of the of the adjacent golf course.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and on the driveway.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* Owner provides beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This beautiful, gated community also offers a fitness room, billiards room and clubhouse.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

**Please Note- this community requires reservations to be submitted at least 5 days in advance of check-in date. We are unable to accept reservations with less than that time frame.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

Very nice decor but didn’t like that we had to pay extra for linens and towels. The beds should have been made initially by the cleaning service.

Rich, I think a 3-star rating for linens and towels not being provided is pretty severe. Especially when it is disclosed in the listing and when we spoke on the phone. Beautiful spacious home!

The home was in a great location, about a 15 min drive from the beach (without traffic). The home was renovated and had pretty much everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was very responsive. The only complaint is the neighbors, who weren’t very friendly and actually called the police when my cousin parked in their parking space to unload groceries. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would recommend this home to other travelers.

Good experience! Our family of 6 enjoyed our 4 day stay. Pros: Nice home. Beautiful community. We enjoyed our morning walks. Nice community center with pool and gym. Stocked house. Close to all attractions. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Cons: This property needs a different cleaning crew! Major housekeeping issues that is obviously not owners fault and I will private message them about. House has of steps to go up and down. Also refrigerator water dispenser was not working but we carry cases of water bottles in our vehicles so not a major issue. Overall descent experience and would consider staying here again but would hope housekeeping issues are addressed

Very impersonal at pool area. Made us feel like we didn’t belong because we were Renters. Would not allow more passes for group. Only four people could use pool at one time. We had 7 in our group, 3 were children. ???

If your children were under the age of 14, they should not have required a pool pass. I will be reaching out to the community management to share your experience. Perfect home for a getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome experience staying at this home in Glen riddle. Myself, my husband, our two babies, my dad, and aunt and uncle stayed in this house for a family golf tournament at Glen Riddle and it was the perfect amount of room for everyone. For parents that use pack and plays, the primary bedroom closet was HUGE so it is perfect for a baby. Everything was perfectly labeled in the house which I loved for any cooking we had to do. The only negative I can mention about this house is that the thermostat is locked on either a heat or cooling setting. We had some warm days during our stay and it was pretty hot trying to sleep at night. I am sure if I contacted the owner, he would have figured out a way for us to change the setting, but we ended up opening windows to cool the house down instead of bothering the owners. All together an awesome stay and we would 100% stay here again.

We were just 2.5 miles from the marina which was extremely close for my son in law. The home was clean and on a cul de sac providing privacy. Our family had a great time being together in this lovely home.
