The excellent climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round with both air conditioning and heating as well as a gas fireplace. Whether you’re unwinding in the screened porch after a day of exploring, spending the evening in the game room or gathering for a cozy evening in the large backyard around the fire pit, this superb house offers a welcoming atmosphere. Ocean Pines community offers many amenities including 5 swimming pools, private beach, 18 hole golf course, 3 restaurants, 2 marinas, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, ponds, playgrounds and walking trails. What makes our property so special is being able to relax in the screened porch, our nice fenced in back yard with a fire pit and a game room in the garage with ping pong, foosball and darts.
