Hosting two bedrooms; a ground floor twin room (zip/link) and a first floor double room with en-suite bathroom, along with a ground floor wet room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside there is an open-plan living space containing the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility room. To the outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, and a lawned garden with outdoor seating. Apple Tree Cottage is a really special property with spacious rooms and a great authentic country feel set upon a working farm.

Town: Northallerton is a market town lying in the Vale of Mowbray, made up of four wards it has been a settlement since Roman times. Its High Street is home to a busy shopping centre, independent shops, cafes and pubs with a market taking place every Wednesday and Saturday. Northallerton makes an excellent base for exploring Herriot Country, with the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors Nation parks either side of it, you can go on bike rides, horse treks or just a classic ramble.
