Incomparable views and walks

Our stay at The Cottage near Thirsk was outstanding. It's perched on the edge of a highland, surrounded by national park trails. We explored various local trails and also used the cottage as a base for other area exploration. The cottage was very comfortable (although it did not offer laundry facilities), and we found the location perfect and the host hospitable. The views and vistas surrounding the cottage are just outstanding, and the trails are beautifully maintained. We found it difficult to leave--a holiday doesn't get any better than that!
