It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, kitchen utensils and utensils.
It has a very large bedroom with double bed, closets, desk, bedside table and lamps, in addition to plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows that overlook the street (Clemens Passage) clean and very quiet.
The apartment is located in a building with few neighbors so it is usually very quiet and is located on a ground floor so it is super comfortable to access. It is not near the elevator so there are no such noises.
Homely Malaga will take care of the guests from the moment they make the reservation. They will be available 24 hours a day and will be in charge of welcoming you, handing over the keys, tourist information about the city and everything you need during your stay.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
The schedule for check in is flexible. From 9:00 p.m. to 00:00 p.m. you have an additional € 20 supplement. From 00.00 the supplement will be € 30 for late check-in.

We also have a baby kit consisting of a travel cot, mattress, sheets and towels for the baby, high chair and bathtub, the price per stay is € 30.
Check-in takes place after 2 pm as a general rule although if there is a possibility, since we depend on the departure of the previous guests and the time in preparing the apartment, we will be happy to help you receive them before. From 9 pm until 12 am, check-in takes place at an additional cost of € 30. From 12 am the supplement is € 40.

Important Notice: You must notify the arrival time of the scheduled time to check in, if for any reason there is any delay, you must inform the property as soon as possible to avoid long waits. The establishment may charge additional expenses to those reservations that arrive late without prior notice.
This passage is located in one of the best known and emblematic streets of Malaga, Victoria Street. It is official tour of Holy Week, through its street you can see one of the most important brotherhoods of the city pass.
A few meters from the Plaza de la Merced where you can enjoy a large number of restaurants, cafes, shops, markets and monuments just a few steps away.

This apartment is just 15 minutes from the beach of La Malagueta.
Everything is at hand, walking you can reach the beach, stroll downtown, shop, everything is close. There are also two bus stops with two different lines that connect the entire center of Malaga.
At 2 minutes, in the Plaza de la Merced there is a 24-hour taxi stop.
