Parking is available on site, reservation required, daily parking fee is 20€.

We extended our stay in Dubrovnik to see more sites. This apartment is only 15 walk to old town. Plus the #8 bus stops just steps from the door. Great sea view.

We loved our stay here.The location is fabulous. It's close to the beach, the amenities (super markets etc.) and of course to the Old Town.The apartments itself is spacious, with three really good sized bedrooms (double beds in each room with lots of storage) and two bathrooms.The living space is a really good size, so there is plenty of space for the family to cook, eat and relax.I should mention the balcony of course! The views are to die for! The balcony is very spacious and there is more than enough space for the family to sit and eat.Overall, this get's a "highly recommended / two thumbs up" rating.

Quaint house in great location

The house is a quaint, clean and beautifully renovated. 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen so it was easy making a full breakfast. Location is perfect for us as it was an easy walk to several good restaurants. We prefer to be out of the touristy part. And it was only 7 mins drive into town/port Montenegro. The water is right in front of the house.There is a neighbourly restaurant right next door, owned by a friendly guy and it was good for a last minute food option.Communication was great and fast when we had any queries. Friendly and approachable owner and well-managed locally.Overall, a great stay and we would recommend the stay.
