Amazing Cabin with a beautiful view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing cabin at an excellent location! Had a great vacation and the house was a major contribution to that. Two (minor) suggestions: 1. Some of the cooking pans were not induction cooktop ready which made for some confusion with making meals. Might be worth going through and checking those. 2. Watch out for the rock next to the driveway which made for tricky backing out of the garage. No car damage though. Overall an outstanding property!
Response from VrboOwner on 6 Aug 2026
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear the cabin helped make your vacation so memorable. We appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the cookware and the rock near the driveway. We'll look into the cookware, as it should be well equipped for the induction cooktop, and we'll also share your note about the driveway with the homeowner. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Our stay at Grand Lake

We continue to love this cabin the location is perfect. Could have been a bit cleaner, windows, outside patio table, bbg. There were no potholders that we could find, no clean sponge for kitchen sink. Thank you.

Lincoln Log 4th of July Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this house was absolutely amazing! Location was great, space and accommodations were perfect. Our only critique would be it was a little dirty upon arrival, there were dead bugs/filth in the refrigerators, dirt and leftover items such as modly baby bottles under furniture and then just overall dust and spider webs through out the house. We were able to get it cleaned up to enjoy but wanted to relay that to you.
Response from VrboOwner on 27 July 2025
Hi Leah, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Grand Lincoln. Our guess would be that you might you be referring to the refrigerators in the garage that are not actually inside the home or necessary for use. So sorry that the cleaners missed a bottle under the furniture. We hope to see you again here in Grand Lake! - Grand Mountain Rentals

First Colorado Summer Trip

We reserved this home for a Grad trip for our daughter's high school graduation. This was one of our best family vacations ever! The home was fabulous and had the perfect layout for our group of 5. We loved the selection of games and billiard tables. We had game night most nights after dinner. The location could NOT be better with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The view is simply breathtaking. The town of Grand Lake is so quaint. I highly recommend having dinner at the historic Rapids Lodge and Restaurant. We sat out next to the rapids and the food and service was just amazing! I would highly recommend this home and the area of Grand Lake.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to gather wifamily. The only downside was the kitchen supplies were a little lacking. Examples, only 2 dish towels, lots plastic storage food containers but mostly lids. These were very minor with the overall experience.
