It was so nice having the host provide the essentials like olive oil, bar soap, extra tooth brushes, etc. The bedrooms were very quiet and nice. The views spectacular.

Gorgeous lake view and lake access property. Our family of 4 adults and 3 college aged kids loved the cabin. There was space for everyone to have their own area and the living room and deck were perfect gathering spots. We didn’t end up going out on the lake in the kayaks or canoe because we were exhausted from exploring and hiking RMNP. But they were there and in good shape. My only suggestion is to go out early in them because by mid-day there were a lot of motor boats. Make sure to take advantage of the lake view and watch the sun come up over the Rockies and over lake. Thank you!

The views.

Adorable cabin right on Shadow Mountain Lake. It was so awesome that they allow guests the use of the canoe and kayaks. Communication was superb. The only bummer was the constant traffic noise, since it's located right on the Hwy 34.

This is the second time we've stayed at this cabin - great experience, perfect location right on a picturesque lake, clean and spacious accommodations, and excellent communication with the property owner - hopefully we get the chance to return for another stay!
