This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location. The views from every window are breathtaking. It's the perfect distance from Annecy so you're not in amongst the crowds of people, but close enough to reach it easily. The area is great for hiking and lake activities. If you're looking for a large home for a group of up to 12, I highly recommend this property. Thank you Nicholas for a fantastic stay.

Annecy summer holiday

Beautiful chalet, quirky and comfortable. Views of the mountains and paragliders. We enjoyed cooking for our big family group in the well equipped kitchen. Excellent base for exploring Annecy area- short drive or bus ride to Talloires and Anjon where we enjoyed swimming, sailing and kayaking on the turquoise lake. The road was a little more busy/ noisy than I had expected but it didn't matter as we didn't notice it indoors and plenty of quiet spaces in the garden. Pizzeria 2 minutes walk! Annecy town is beautiful, and pleasantly busy. One of the nicest family holidays we have had- due to the area but also this gorgeous chalet thankyou.

Wonderful stay thank you!

This is a really lovely and comfortable house, super comfortable with excellent space to enjoy inside and outside and very nice design. We had such a good time together (two families with kids and a dog) very close to shops and Talloires for access to the lake. Nicolas is very helpful and kind. We would come back any time and recommend this to anyone. We enjoyed the lake so much, kayaking, Pedalo, swimming, water ski, walking in the woods, visiting annecy as well as ping pong and the jacuzzi in the garden. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and black out blinds. Superb location. Thank you

Really lovely house in a great location

We used this lovely place as a base for a two week family holiday along with friends who came and went at different times. It worked really well for us as a house, with a real wow-factor. The living accommodation is open plan but the room layout on three floors also allows for privacy when desired. The owner, Nicolas, was delightful to deal with, and was attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and he is a relaxed owner who clearly wants his guests to enjoy the house. The area is stunningly beautiful, with the full range of lake and mountain pursuits available. We could happily have spent another two weeks there and would still have had a long list of fun things left to do. If we plan another large family holiday, this house would be a tough benchmark to beat, and we probably wouldn't even bother, but book up as soon as possible instead!

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette superbe région . La maison est magnifique, confortable , lumineuse et très bien équipée , chacun a pu y trouver sa place , petits et grands ont particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi et le piano. Superbe maison très bien située à Talloires

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille dans la maison de Nicolas, qui nous a accueillit chaleureusement. La maison est hyper agréable et très bien située pour visiter les environs du lac d’Annecy.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben das großzügige Haus und den Garten, v.a. die Terrasse auch mit Grill sehr genossen, nur die Badezimmer waren ein kleines Problem für 7 Erwachsene (eines liegt IN einem Schlafzimmer, das andere im Durchgang zu einem Schlafzimmer, man musste sich gut absprechen). In der Umgebung kann man sehr viel unternehmen, Wandern, Radfahren, Bootsfahrt, Stadtbesichtigung mit Markt in Annecy. Nicolas hat uns Tipps gegeben, war sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce chalet à 3 couples avec 5 enfants ( 2 bébés 7 et 9 mois et 3 de 4ans ). Agréable séjour, très joli chalet, lumineux avec les commodités nécessaires et + ( cheminée avec bois à disposition , jaccuzi) et avons pu profitez de l'extérieur petits et grands. Nicolas s'est montré très disponible et a su nous conseiller pour des sorties et activités aux alentours. Le chalet est bien situé autant d'Annecy que des pistes à 30min cela se fait facilement avec les enfants), une belle expérience dépaysante pour tout le monde :). . merci encore et peut-être à bientôt !

Perfectly located, great family & friends holiday

We spent 2 weeks here with 11 of us ranging from 6 to 50 years old. We loved the bus stop being right outside the house especially for the teenagers having freedom to explore. The house is beautiful with mountain views and watching all the paragliders. We spent most our time at the lake either in Menthon St Bernard or Talloires both by bus. There is so much to do and we did it all! Wakeboarding, paddle boarding, cycling, wild swimming, paragliding and shopping. Check in was easy and Nicholas was available for any questions throughout. The hot tub was a bonus for those rainy days during some summer storms. It’s one of our absolute favourite holidays we’ve had so far.

Groot huis met uitzicht op de bergen

Met een aantal gezinnen verbleven wij een week in het huis van Nicolas. De ontvangst was hartelijk en we kregen al snel een goede indruk van het huis: Ruim en schoon huis, genoeg slaapkamers voor 9 personenen maar het aantal badkamers (2) is eigenlijk te weinig. Zeker als één van de badkamers ook nog eens 'en suite' is bij de 'masterbedroom'. Na het inchecken kregen we te horen dat de Jacuzzi niet beschikbaar was. Wegens de droogte mocht er niet onnodig water gebruikt worden. De teleurstelling was groot bij de groep. Want bij het boeken was dit één van de blikvangers. Lang duurde de teleurstelling niet want Nicolas vond het een beetje sneu voor ons en kwam terug om de Jacuzzi toch met water te vulken. Dit hebben wij zeer gewaardeerd en er is dan ook veelvuldig gebruik van gemaakt. Evenals de tafeltennistafel, ook dat bleek een voltreffer. Tevens zijn er twee mountainbikes beschikbaar voor kortere ritjes. Voor lange tochten is het raadzaam fietsen te huren. Wat betreft de keuken: er was van alles genoeg aanwezig maar de koelkast mag wat groter zijn voor zo'n grote groep. Of een extra koelkast in de garage zou al helpen. Tevens ontbrak de startknop op de magnetron maar gelukkig kon hij op een andere manier toch gebruikt worden. Klein smetje op ons verblijf: tijdens een avond dat we een aantal vrienden hadden uitgenodigd werd tot onze verbijstering de politie rond 23:00 uur op ons afgestuurd. Of het wat stiller kon. Buiten het feit dat we niet eens de muziek aan hadden vonden we het ook vreemd dat er niemand bij ons aan had aangebeld of we wat stiller konden zijn. Ook het tijdstip van 23:00 uur vonden wij niet eens heel laat. Later kregen we een app van Nicolas dat hij meldingen van buren had gekregen wegens overlast. Wat blijkt? Na 22:00 uur moet het stil zijn. En mag je dus kennelijk buiten op het terras niet meer praten. Daar hadden wij nog nooit van gehoord, zelfs op de camping is dat pas om 23:00 uur. Het zijn details, maar goed om te weten en dus rekening mee te houden. In het algemeen: we hadden een prima week en hebben genoten van alles wat het huis en de omgeving te bieden had.

Chalet spacieux extrêmement agréable à vivre , idéal pour plusieurs couples d'amis ou une grande famille. Le jardin a une superbe vue sur les montagnes environnantes . Le propriétaire est charmant , à l'écoute , extrêmement réactif en cas de problème . La région d'Annecy est magnifique et ne manque pas de ressources . Une destination et un hébergement que je recommande sans réserve

Super chalet !

J'ai passé un excellent weekend dans ce chalet. La communication avec l'hôte a été très facile pour préparer au mieux le weekend. Le châlet est très agréable et accueille facilement une dizaine de personnes pour profiter d'un cadre très agréable en lac et montagnes. Merci également au propriétaire de nous avoir mis à disposition le jacuzzi :)

Très bon séjour dans le chalet

Chalet bien équipé dans un super entourage. Les stations de ski sont bien rejoignables et il y a beaucoup d‘activités dans l‘entourage. Chalet dans lequel on se sent comme à la maison et propriétaire très aimable. Merci Nicolas

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos amis. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants en bas âges, et nous avions toute la place nécessaire. Le chalet est magnifique, et le cadre superbe. Les plages à proximité sont très belles et adaptées aux enfants (plage de Talloires notamment). Nous recommandons!
