Ideal location 1 km from the centre of Doussard (all shops), 350 m from the cycle path and 2 km from the lake. Exceptional view of the surrounding mountains. The ideal choice for both relaxing and sporty holidays (hiking, cycling, swimming, paragliding, water activities, golf, canyoning, fishing...)

Please note that the accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus 1 baby or small child for a serene reunion, please respect the calm of the area (no hen nights, hen nights, noisy and too late parties). This is our main residence that we rent during the holidays.

All beds are real beds (quality mattresses, no sofa beds) located in separate bedrooms. The beds will be prepared, you just have to arrive and put your suitcases down before diving into the pool and enjoying the beautifully flowered garden, surrounded by the beautiful mountains at the end of the lake.
The house is designed to accommodate 14 people, the beds are modular according to the composition of your group. We can thus provide 4 double bedrooms and 1 children's room for example, or if some parents prefer to sleep in the same room as their child(ren), this is also possible, just arrange the beds accordingly.

On the ground floor:
- Entrance with toilet and washbasin
- Large and very bright living room (54 m2) opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, with lounge area, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and central island for more conviviality, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.)
- Large garage to store your sports equipment safely (bicycles, paddles, paragliders, kites, golf), washing machine

1st floor:
- BEDROOM 1: large bedroom-studio with its private bathroom, toilet and equipped kitchen, which can accommodate 4 to 5 people (1 double bunk bed 140x200, 3 twin beds 90x200 that can be modulated into 1 double bed 180x200 and 1 single bed), with balcony. Ideal for a children's bedroom (5 children)
- BEDROOM 2: large bedroom-studio with its private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen, which can accommodate 2 people (double bed 180x200 that can be modulated into 2 single beds 90x200). Note that it is possible to transfer the single bed from bedroom 1 to bedroom 2 according to your needs, with balcony
- BEDROOM 3: double bedroom with 180x200 bed
- BEDROOM 4: bedroom with double bed 180x200 (which can be modulated into 2 single beds of 90x200) and baby/child bed (removable barrier)
- A large bathroom of 12m2 with shower and whirlpool bath
- 1 toilet with washbasinPGJyPgPGJyPg
2nd floor:
- BEDROOM 5: attic bedroom with 3 beds (1 single bed mezzanine child/teenager and 1 double bed on the floor 140x200 on a real mattress) with velux. Can also be converted into a children's room instead of room 1.

Please note that we have a wooden baby bed (or small child) with removable barrier and a changing table that can be installed in any room.

Other remarks
IMPORTANT: This is our main residence, we want to respect the place and the area. The person who will carry out the inventory of fixtures is housed in a studio adjoining the house with private entrance, you will meet him or her on your arrival and departure only.

Following previous excesses, we now ask for a photocopy of the identity documents of 2 travellers in the group and we will ask you to sign our house rules committing you to NOT organise parties and to respect the rules of good neighborliness by limiting noise pollution (music, shouting, daytime or nighttime noise) between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.PGJyPg
Sheets, towels and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning are provided and are to be added to the price of the stay. Please leave the house in a good state of cleanliness. If necessary, additional cleaning fees will be requested during the exit inventory.
