Our BRAND NEW, privately owned luxury holiday home, is situated on the beautiful grounds of Parkdean Resort’s Newquay Holiday Park. The park boasts 3 outdoor heated swimming pools with children's water slides and lifeguards, convenience store, amusement arcade, launderette, entertainment venue, bar and grill, golf pitch and putt, children's soft play area & outdoor play area and dog walking area can be enjoyed by guests who buy a pass for a small fee at reception.

Our stylish home is located on Willows Way which can be described as one of the more exclusive areas on the site and is only a short walk to the pools, reception, bar, Costa coffee and restaurant

Relax in the latest comfort, with double glazing, central heating, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas.

The master bedroom features a 5ft king-size bed, built-in wardrobes dressing table and ensuite WC with hand basin The 2nd bedroom has 2 single twin beds. There’s a main family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. There is a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge suitable for children also.

Enjoy a glass of wine and dine alfresco with our BBQ on our verandas - there is an enclosed veranda at the front of the property, as you come out of the patio doors leading from the lounge, and another on the side of the property, so that you can follow and sit in the sun throughout the day. Or perhaps dine indoors as there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/grill and hob, microwave and large fridge and freezer.

The location of our home is great for the whole family as there is so much to see and do close to Newquay. There are 11 sandy beaches including Lusty Glaze, Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach - perfect for surfing, why not book a lesson at one of the many surf schools.

There is Newquay Zoo, The Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium, Golf courses, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Camel Creek Adventure Park, Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm & tons more.

2 bedroom – 3 to 4 nights - £32

These prices cover everyone staying in the holiday home and a pass is given for each person. The passes give guests entry to the bar/ restaurant, the pools and other facilities.
