The apartment is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by an olive grove and the typical Mediterranean vegetation located on the hills of the Gulf of Poets in a quiet and sunny residential area. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of La Spezia, its islands and the city, a garden that frames the main house complete with barbecue.
In the evening you will have the chance to enjoy your aperitif on the pocket terrace during sunset, or enjoy the excellent organic products of our area.
The entire property was completely renovated in 2018 according to the best environmental requirements in terms of insulation and soundproofing as well as in the recovery of rainwater used for irrigation services.
Parquet floors of teak and afromosia await you in the interiors while you can enjoy real Tuscan terracotta outdoors.
The strategic position of this splendid villa will make you find two steps away from Lerici, Portovenere, from our islands, from the Cinque Terre, from the Apuan Alps, from the organic valley of Varese Ligure and from the wild ones from the Versilia nightlife .... and if you want to visit art cities like Florence and Pisa in 1 hour by car you will be in the midst of the fine arts.
The house is 10 minutes from the motorway exit, the train station and the ferry terminal with which you can reach all the places of the main natural parks, and if not enough by bus you will be in the city center in 15 minutes.
You will be just 2. 5 KM from the shopping center Le Terrazze which is spread over 38.500 square meters and has 90 Shops, Hypermarket, Gym with swimming pool and 16 restaurants and bars.

Beautiful view.

Eautiful view from 2 bedroom apartment on a hill. Some steps to get in, but worth it for the lovely view of the seaport, especially at night with the lights. Host was so helpful to dirrect us to locations to visit, restaurants and answer all our questions.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui a une vue magnifique sur la baie de la Spezia de jour comme de nuit avec toutes les lumières de la ville et du port. C'est un réel plaisir de manger sur la terrasse avec une telle vue ! L'appartement est très confortable, moderne, spacieux, lumineux, très propre et bien équipé. La climatisation dans la salle de séjour et les chambres est un plus quand il fait très chaud. Nous avons apprécié en rentrant de nos visites d'être au calme loin du bruit de la ville. L'appartement est situé un peu à l'écart de la ville mais il est néanmoins assez rapide de se rendre en voiture à la gare ou au port pour visiter les Cinq Terres. Merci à Jacopo pour son accueil et sa disponibilité pour donner toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin au cours de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet appartement !

Moderne Wohnung mit Aussicht

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung. Tolle Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht auf die Bucht von La Spezia. Mit dem Auto Bahnhof in 15 Minuten erreichbar um per Zug die Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Gastgeberin sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Appartement ist insgesamt klasse. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios und dort lässt es sich abends sehr gut aushalten, auch bei hohen Temperaturen tagsüber. Wir haben uns über den sehr guten Zustand der Wohnung inklusive Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich und in den Schlafräumen gefreut. Die Küche ist im Wohnbereich integriert und bietet alles, was es braucht. Gasherd, Spüle und eine Spülmaschine. Die beiden Bäder sind modern und in einem exzellentem Zustand. Darüber hinaus stellen die Vermieter eine Waschmaschine bereit. In allen Räume hat man ausreichend Wlan- Empfang. Top!
