Walking distance of the stinning natural beaches of Papagayo and close to the prestigious Marina Rubicon.
The villa is set within a fully walled garden with sun terraces, private heated pool, bbq and shaded alfresco dining area.
Inside is a spacious lounge/ dining room, fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, full bathroom with shower over bath and a single bedroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large private terrace witb superb sea and mountain views.
